I went here to get DSL splitter. It was close to my work, not to home though. I dont go to radio shack much… well ever! It’s been years. When I entered the store, the associate greated me and acknowledge me. I appreciate this as most stores don’t do that anymore. He helped me find the splitter.
I tried to pay with credit card and it go declined. The associate was patient enough to bare with me and try again. Because I new it was a good credit card, it should work. It didn’t work the second time. Then he ran it a third time… and it worked! Phew.
I’m happy to right this positive review because Radio Shack seems to be forgotten. Maybe just by me. But they may be a better option then Best Buy when you need to get in an out.

I am satisfied overall with my Radio Shack service. I’ve been doing a lot of online shopping in the past. Just recently I have stopped by to get a new headphones and one of employees was so nice to assist me with the purchase. I am very happy with my new addition to every day workout!

This location fixed the screen on my phone and it was great. The screen broke again and I took it back to have it fixed. I was willing to pay for it, but they said I landed in the time frame of it being fixed for free, but they needed to ship it to Fort Worth. They told me three to four days and it would be back. It has now been 11 days. They have never attempted to contact me during this time frame. I have been to the store twice and called twice. I was told today that my phone was not going to be fixed and they do not know the where my phone is. I am extremely upset and will not be returning to them for any services in the future. What should have been a quick fix or a quick «we can’t fix» and return has become a question of where my phone is.

It’s just an average Radio Shack, cheap products that will break down in a few months but will do what they’re supposed to during that time frame.
