AutoNation Collision Center North Houston

This is one of the few Certified BMW repair facilities in town… I had substantial front end damage to my BMW 535i, and just took delivery of my car today that was good as new!!! The car was perfectly repaired and delivered with a full detail inside and out. This is my second time using this facility, and it comes highly recommended. The facility is state-​of-​the art, very clean, with a professional and friendly staff including the receptionist. Extra special mention to Bruce Christoff and Bob Schrettor for their professionalism and making sure everything was correct and proper before releasing the vehicle back to me. This place has terrible service. They take forever with your vehicle and it looks like everyone inside doesn’t do shit but sit on a chair. It took 4 hours to apply my bumper back on and then I had to come back almost 4 weeks later to have a part installed because it was backed ordered. They told me they would call me but they never did… I had to call them. This place takes your money and doesn’t care about what you think. I would never recommend anyone here. I actually give it half a star!

I have written about their business already in Google Review, but I would like to spread the information, and warn people about this business.
If there is zero star I would put it as zero. It’s horrible experience repairing my car with them. I sincerely advice anyone who are considering them not to unless you want to wait for half a year for your beloved car and drive a Toyota around.
Auto Nation Collision at 325 FM 1960 Houston, TX 77 090 has possession of my 2013 BMW X3 since mid-​December 2014 and as of today 04/​29/​2015, I still do not have my car back. It’s not a big incident, and my insurance company’s estimated time of repair is 2 weeks.
Through out the 5 months, I have called them constantly to ask for updates. Every week, the customer service rep will tell me something new: either their mechanic quitted, or they found something else to repair. The experience is frustrating. They told me that they have over 300 cars waiting to be repaired, and only 1 certified mechanic. Their bodyman worked as a mechanic since there is so much work to be done. When I complain about their slowness, they will tell me about a car that’s been here for more than 300 days. At this point, I just want to have my car back, and I don’t know how much longer this is going to take.
