TOW TRAPS!!! This complex is the worst one I’ve ever seen!!! I’m not a tenant but I was visiting a family member here and saw that you can park in their parking lot if your not resident but to not park in authorized numbered parking to risk being towed. Well I parked my car and went to visit my family only to return and find my car had been towed for backing up into a parking spot! There is no signage as to HOW you are to park your car anywhere in the lot. After paying $ 225 for a tow storage to keep my car for 45 minutes, I was told by the storage facility employee that the apartment complex get paid under the table for the tows that occur in their complex. This is robbery and needs to be stopped. I will never ever recommend anyone to live here. There is too much traffic in this complex and it’s not the good kind. The area is nice but this complex is a complete eye site and the fact that the management company takes advantage of these tenants and is deplorable… Nothing but bad reviews if you look this property up anywhere on the web. NOT ONE GOOD REVIEW IS FOUND ANYWHERE IN THE INTERNET WORLD!!! You’re better off renting in the actual hood then coming to this slumshack…

I live across the street from this rat hole. In my 3 years of tragically living across the street from this social and physical blight on my otherwise wonderful area of town, I have seen a car be set on fire, children’s services take children out of their homes, found syringes on the sidewalk in front of them on my dog walks, seen more arrests take place in their parking lot then on the tv show cops, watched «baby mamma» fights while getting ready for thanks giving, and there was a murder there just last year. And did I mention the hookers getting dropped off in the wee hours by either Johns or pimps?
They recently got purchased by a new company that is trying to clean it up by throwing some paint on it and raising their rates. you can paint a turd gold, but inside it is still a piece of shit.
