A very well organized and stocked Babies R us, the best one I’ve been to actually. The staff are friendly and checkout was quick.

The store in general is old and very disorganized. Restroom are ALWAYS dirty and stinky. The worst thing about this store are the cashiers! They are always so sooo rude! I spent over 3k in this store in the past few months. I’m never going back… Takes me 30 – 40 min to get to buy buy baby but it is worth the drive.

This place is a disaster — disorganised — no one knows what is going on — long queues, poor service and communication etc etc … I could go on . The price are crazy high too — we spent over $ 1200.00 and they didn’t process our crib order correctly — speechless at how poorly managed a big name store like this is. They have lost a potentially good customer — the Manager couldn’t care less — I can get the same crib from Amazon delivered and assembled for $ 160.00 less =- AVOID this place !!!

This Babies R Us location is where I go when I do not want to drive to the nicer one by SH249 in Willowbrook area. The selection is adequate and they do have a small toy section but again, this is just a Babies R Us and not the BRU and TRU combo store. When there is a deal on diapers, I go here because it is not as busy as the others with a TRU. Lots of food for the kiddos in the food section and the employees working the floor are nice and helpful. This store, as mentioned by others, could use a facelift and better lighting. Also, the checkout moves very slow and help you if you have coupons! Be prepared to spend sometime waiting to check out and also waiting to pay as the pace is very slow in this section.

This store is a fairly old one and could use some serious updating. It is not in the best location either, but it is the closest one to my house. You cand find pretty much anything you can think of baby related here. The selection of items is huge and there is a good chance they have it in stock. The staff here is friendly and helpful. The furniture here is ridiculously priced however. We were looking at some for ideas for our kids rooms and just outrageous what they are charging. They sometime have good sales on their clothing.

I love this store. Mainly because it have everything i need at one place. It’s a one stop shop for babies and in the end it’s well worth it. The only downfall some of the items are rather pricy but then again it’s worth it if you don’t want to drive store to store.

There are some great prices on jumbo size boxes of diapers here!!! I love it saves me bundles! The furniture prices are ridiculous!!! All of the other prices seem reasonable. The check out lines can be extremely long on the weekends(there are only three or four in the entire store). I like this place. They have just about anything you have ever heard of that is baby related.

The good: huge selection. If it’s not here, you can get it online. There is always a sale, or coupons, if you’re on the mailing list. Most items are reasonably priced anyway. And Babies R Us recently started carrying Seventh Generation diapers(biodegradable-yay! No guilt about using disposables and no irritation for baby’s bum), wipes, cleaners, and Earth’s Best baby food. The restrooms are fairly clean, considering they’re used by children all day. There is also a mom’s lounge for nursing mamas; it would be nice to see this more often rather than be relegated to bathrooms to feed our babies. Oh, and customer service is pretty good here. The bad: did I say everything was reasonably priced? It is, except for the furniture, which is «Holy-Mary-Mother-of-God-I’d-rather-attempt-building-my-kid’s-furniture-than-pay-these-exorbitant-prices» expensive. The store also becomes very crowded on weekends, and you feel like you’re playing bumper cars with your shopping cart, trying to avoid the pregnant women and small children. The ugly: the area. I won’t come here alone, especially after dark. Every time I’ve visited this store, I’ve seen shifty looking people just lurking about in the parking lot. Last visit, the truck parked next to us had two dirty diapers thrown in its bed; I figure the diapers belonged to the truck owner’s baby, or were thrown in by a passerby. Either way, it says something about the area that I don’t like.
