Zero stars… How about Negative Stars?
By the messy state of the display room and office I should have known this place would be awful.
Took in two oriental rugs to be cleaned. Had to ask for an invoice for some evidence that I was leaving them there. Came to pick them up two days later, they looked the same as when I had dropped them off– with dog hair and leaves, dirt, etc.- and they were rolled up wet. I refused to pay and I was told that they would be redone, dried and delivered the next day.
The next day they did not show up to deliver the rugs. I called several times that day and no one picked up the phone.
My husband went in to get them back and was asked to pay in the end. Worst service ever, don’t trust them with your stuff!

Excellent prices and good work. I have used them for carpet and flooring installation in two homes. Most recently they carpeted 4 bedrooms, stairs and a game room in less than a day. Workers were friendly and professional.
