I was overwhelmed with the task of buying new floors and they made my experience joyful and easy! There are not very many places like this left–

We used Dick n’ Sons for carpet cleaning and they did an outstanding job! We were extremely pleased with their service and highly recommend them! Paul & James Rafferty are great guys and work hard at making sure we were 100% satisfied! We love supporting locally owned businesses! Our carpet looks like new! Total professionalism from start to finish! 5 Stars!

Since getting into the home renovation business I have dealt with countless vendors for materials. I have been disappointed by most. This place though has not been one of them. They have always treated me with respect. I think only to use them on my higher end renovations that require the highest quality work. Paul knows his carpets. Many times I’ve asked him a question and he’s droned on and on about the subject. I’m much more interested in reliability and so I try to surround myself with guys like this that really know their trade inside out.
I am a strong beleiver in due diligence in order to minimize the risk of being taken advantage of. I hold everyone I do business with to the same standards and I do repeat business with those who do things right. I like the selection in store as well as the response time when I have a problem. The store does seem a little old fashioned but that isn’t a bad thing. It kind of feels like they’re from a time when doing things right was the priority and the Internet wasn’t around. All in all I like the place and recommend it to those who want to rest assured that the job is done without having to research how that is and stand over the person doing it.
The reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is they only have one location.

The way this company treats you is outrages! I’ve never been treated as rude as they do at Dick n’ Sons. Questions are not or vaguely answered and if it comes to installation they treat you like they invented the wheel before going into the flooring business. The sales persons are arrogant (especially the owner/​manager), self-​opinionated and impersonal. The owner even gets mad if questions are asked. Not a pleasant store and we are glad we ordered somewhere else! A never-​come-​back-​store!
