Batteries Plus Bulbs

I had a really great experience here and will return for all future battery needs! Terry is very knowledgeable about Mercedes cars and was able to change out my battery in less than 15 minutes. Even AAA wasn’t able to do it! If you have a Mercedes, don’t bother going to the other locations. Come here and ask for Terry!

Matt (I think that was his name) helped me with the battery for my key. I called about it and he made sure it was in stock and that they have changed one like that before. When I got there he changed it in less than 5 minutes. Very easy and great service!

They sell very poor quality car batteries. My car battery died just a few weeks after the two year warranty expired. Also, cost of charging battery here is $ 6 here vs free at most other places (autozone, advanced auto). There are much better options for car battery replacement than batteries bulbs.

I went to the one in Pearland. First time I went there, the sales rep broke my watch while changing batteries. They sold groupon for cellphone that don’t even have. It was very unpleasant experience and I would never recommend this place.

My dad drug me in here about a year ago and I was all like, «Come ON, can’t I just buy this stuff at Target? or Staples?»
Dude, no.
I’ve been shopping there regularly for batteries for my battery eating (computer) mouse, replacement bulbs for my Ikea lights that were a pain in the past to replace, and have gotten the best customer service which has given me a better working knowledge of how to best power electronics (like who knew there was more to it than just jamming a battery in there?)
They have other random stuff like an outdoor bluetooth speaker for my phone that clips on a backpack that I’ve found pretty useful cause the hubs drives a Jeep so we just use the speaker instead of a theft inducing car stereo.
I gotta say though that today was the best. A young guy named Donny was super helpful, kept me from buying the wrong thing (time is money, right? when you have to return to swap something out or stare at it on the counter for three months), and had excellent customer service. He even gave us the 411 on battery recycling.
