Ordered lunch online for work at about 10:30am. Figured that they open at 11am so it shoild be done by 11:30am. One would think that a restaurant would have their employees start 30 minutes before opening(especially on a Friday), so that they can get everything prepped and have orders ready for pick up at opening time. BUT this business owner must not think that way… seems that the store opens at 11 and they start cooking at opening. My order wasnt complete until 12pm and there were a ton of people waiting to pick up online orders. This location is great and that is probably the only thing keeping them in business. Now let me tell you, the food is FANTASTICALLYOK. Nothing special here. If you want better wings, go to BWW. The wings are crisp, as long as you eat it fresh. If you are picking up, then the breading will noy be crisp. The fries are good as long as they propery season it. When they are really busy, they don’t really care. The only reason you get my business is because you are so close, otherwise, I would take my talents to BWW.

We were given the incorrect order and customer service wasn’t good. The girls at the front not only have attitude but look as if they don’t want to work. I’ll go to other Wingstop locations just not this one again.

All I see are negative reviews, but I personally loved this location. The workers are extremely nice especially the lady that took my order. I came in few minutes before closing and she still took my order. She was very courteous and friendly.

We ordered 12 piece with fried to go at 12:45 and at 1:15 no food, no sorry for the long wait … Until I asked why did that guy who came in 15 mins after us just get his food… So she went to check and out food was ready and had been sitting there so long she had to change the bag because it was to greasy. No apologies. Our fried were cold. And our chicken was barely warm but after waiting so long we were just ready to leave and didn’t want tong back in because who know how long it would have taken to get replacement food. I can handle waiting but the article was too slow and then they didn’t even apologize. Will not return. Many places to get wings that are better!

Made an order online came to pick up my order and they tell me that their ordering system is down. Now I’m stuck waiting for them to actually make it. I would have left if I didn’t already pay online which is stupid. No apologies, no offer for an upgrade because they screwed up, nothing. Staff here is incompetent. This place is absolutely the worst. Should have gone to pluckers. A «ten» minute wait for them to fix their mistake has now taken over 30 minutes.

I picked up some wings here to get ready for Saturday night football. I placed my order online and was told the food would be ready in 20 minutes. It was very convenient both in the ordering process and the location. I ran an errand and when I arrived my food was hot and ready. When I got home, however, I realized that my order was not even close to being correct. I should have checked the to-go boxes before leaving but I was in a hurry. Not only was I missing wings but the wings were not in the flavors that I had ordered. I also ordered blue cheese and ranch to go with the wings but only got ranch in my order. The wings tasted average but if I do go back I will be sure to check my order before leaving!

Wing Stop is so hit-or-miss when it comes to their service and food. I’ve had great wings served quickly and I’ve had broken crubs served slowly. Overall, I’d say that, on their best day, the food is pretty good and comes out quickly. The problem is, I’ve had too many incorrect orders that took over an hour. Small advice DONOTORDERUSINGTHEAPP. It may be just me but it’s always slower than walking in. In fact, I suspect they don’t even start web orders until you show so what’s the point.

I ordered online around 7:30 pm for my pick up time to be 8:30 because thats the time I get off work. I arrived at 8:32 pm and the lady told me «You came late» I was like yea… And? She said you need to call and tell us when you are late and she went into this whole spill about how she hates when people are late and blah blah blah. I simply nodded and paid and went about my way. What kind of customer service is that? I will not be returning here.

Do not go/order from here. Poor staff, service and food. Other locations know how to run a business and they do not. I go to the wingstop off of 610 at least twice a week with great service and wings… This place is horrible. Woman on the phone seemed to have trouble taking orders and was constantly correcting«computer errors». We got to the store and the woman with a lot of make up at the front reassured us our was correct because she looked over it. We should have too. –There were no sauces even though she said«I personally put 2 blue cheeses and a ranch» –My fries were cold. –Wings had wrong seasoning –They refused to refund me even though I didn’t eat a single bite because it’s not what I ordered. They lost a customer… Train your staff properly, other locations aren’t like this.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The absolute worst wing stop location in Houston. Rude staff, several mistakes on orders and no effort to make them right. Had an order with the online app that was never sent to the store at least According to them and I had my confirmation number. All they offers was«well we can make it now» after ordering it 30 minutes prior. Had an order messed up again after giving them another shot. Got home, wrong order. They said I’d get a credit next time. Called to claim credit and they asked who i spoke to. I explained that the woman I spoke to said my name was in their«book» she was extremely condescending when she said there is no book, who did you talk to. Absolutely the worst experiences. Yes multiple!!! Stay away from this location.

I placed an order over the phone. My husband drove 15−20mins to pick it up. When he got home instead of wings I had only celery and carrots. My husband went back up to wing stop to get the correct order. The manager Angelo refused to give me a refund despite the fact that we had to drive up there 2 times to get the correct order. He felt like he was doing us a favor by giving us the correct order. No customer service. Where is the compensation for their mistake?! There was none. Will not be going back. What happened to the customer being right?

My boyfriend was craving wings so we stopped into this Wing Stop location. There was only us and one other table and yet it took an hour for us to get our food!!! How does it take an hour to fry a piece of chicken?! Craziness. Once I got my food, I thought it was pretty gross. I ordered the teriyaki wings and honestly there was about a dab of sauce and whatever the sauce was, it certainly didn’t taste like teriyaki. I also ordered a roll(so random) and surprisingly, it was really good. It was light and buttery with a hint of honey. I highly recommend their rolls if chicken wings aren’t your thing. The reason I am not giving this a 1 star is because I was surprised at the tasty roll and the cleanliness of the restrooms. I expected pretty bad, but it was definitely well taken care of. Aside from the random roll and the restrooms, I will never be back unless dragged here by force.

This location is absolutely the worst. I came here recently and the speed and accuracy of service was pathetic. It took 30 minutes for them to make 12 wings, 3 of which were to be bone-in, but they made all 12 boneless. Some of the wings were barely coated in sauce. I’m convinced this location is different than other locations I’ve been too because most of the staff, I counted 5 at one point, were all either on their phone or talking to each other instead of helping to speed up the service. I wouldn’t have come to this location in the first place, but Plucker’s had a 2 hour wait.

First time at this location. Stopped off for some lunch wings. They took my order fast and I did not have that feeling of oh no are these going to be right? The staff is nice, professional, no attitudes! A huge plus for me. The wings were a good size a d seasoning was just perfect.

Staff is super friendly. They greet me by name and no… I do not go there daily. Wings are always fab! I prefer the Louisiana dry rub on classic wings, extra crispy. Always cooked per my request. Great folks and yummy wings!

This wing stop taste different than the others. instead of the normal then cut french fries I received lightly seasoned steak fries.(I don’t like steak fries) The other locations has that fancy Coca-Cola machine; this has the basic machine… Even though it’s newer. I’ve given this location several tries all of them I was not satisfied. I’ll spend the extra 10 minutes to go to the one off of 610.

I gave this restaurant the benefit of the doubt when looking at their menu and location. For food I chose the 7 piece chicken strips, with the flavors being lemon pepper and barbecue. After waiting 15 minutes for my order, it finally was delivered to my table. Lemon pepper chicken was no edible, and the barbecue wings were more so barbecue sauce with chicken in it. This is by far the worst meal I have attempted to consume this year. I ended up eating one piece of each considering I spent over $ 1 a wing. Please, do yourself a favor and NEVER eat at a Wing Stop.

So I place my order and was told ‘it will be 9 minutes’ — ummm 30 minutes later I finally walked out of the building. This may be a small issue, but there are no trashcans in the place. Part of my order was a drink, but when I wanted to throw the cup away I simply had to leave it on a table with other dirty dishes. The French Fries were soggy and had little to no seasoning. The wings were overly dosed with seasoning, which resulted int he sauce being the focus versus a balance of tastes. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very helpful. This is not my first negative experience with this location — it is actually my second equally bad experience. I doubt that I will be back for a third — although I love wings. Perhaps, there is another place nearby that actually provides quality customer service.
