Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered food at this location to go. She told me she didnt have a computer in front of her so she would have the total for me when i arrived. She quoted me 20 mins and when i showed up about 30 mins later she looked puzzle and told me she didnt have an order for me :/​after verifying that i did call the right location and did in fact place an order they had me wait another 20 – 25 mins for my order to be made. The manager (an obese male) didnt apologize or anything but handed me several coupons that could be applied to my next order. I just smiled and on the way home handed the coupons to a bum on the side of the road.

With B-​Dubs, you always get exactly what you’d expect out of their wings, regardless of the city, neighborhood, or street. One thing they’ve always done well is keeping the quality of their food fairly consistent. However, the quality at this particular location was anything but consistent. My wings, fresh out of the oven, came only partially warm; the sauce came out clunky, overly-​thickened, and sparsely-​used; and the meat came out as fresh as a McDonald’s burger patty. Fortunately I wasn’t food poisoned, but the food didn’t sit too well with my stomach.
Maybe it was that particular batch, or that particular chef, or that particular day… but you’d think on a Sunday in the midst of NFL gameday, they’d step up their game a bit. Honestly, this review does not reflect the overall quality of B-​Dubs and I should probably write a couple of four-​star reviews at other locations to balance out my rating, because overall I’m a huge fan. Unfortunately, I absolutely will not be returning to this location based on my one-​time experience here.
I’m sure other batches of wings here have turned out perfectly fine, so take my review as a fair warning: this particular location may be more susceptible to quality defects than your typical B-​Dubs location.

I love boneless wings from here. Begin rant: This Buffalo Wild Wings is the closest to me. So ordered food by phone at 10pm. Said it would only take 15 minutes for my food. Didn’t walk out til 10:40. Get to my street and realize I didn’t check my order so they forgot my potato wedges with queso. Drive back. Some lame excuse was given. Manager came out and handed them to me and offered me a $ 10 on next order. I’m not sure what they are basing the credit on for $ 10 but ok. The manager came out without me asking. Needless to say yes food was cold by the time I actually ate at 11:20ish. Ends rant.

This b dubs has always been my favorite in the area. They are very clean which is key. People and staff are very friendly and they greet you as soon as you walk in. In terms of food recommendations I would go with Asian zing boneless wings.

First off, we as a couple have been here once a week off and on for date night for 6 years. The service is great, the garlic parm and mushrooms are incredible, the prices are reasonable. Second, the thing that made up tight was the way that customers are able to treat the employees. The drunk guys shouldn’t be able to be that over served for one and two they should be asked to leave when the customers are out of control.

This place is horrible. Waited 15 minutes before to get our drinks ordered, that’s only because I got up to ask a waiter to take it. Food took forever to come out, as the drinks. I asked for an Irish trash can and they had no clue what it was. Another waitress came and I asked her about my drink and she said she’ll go check on it. I had ask ANOTHER waiter about my drink whom told me they couldn’t make. I sat there wondering how much longer I would have waited there if I hadn’t asked. Horrible service and the waitresses had a grumpy attitude. Do. Not. Recommend.

Worst service ever, the managers are idiots. do not go for lunch you may not get served.

I been to this location several times, so this review has some thought put into. The food is great here. Today when I went for lunch our service was not the best at all, but I do understand that everyone has their off days. I’ve been here times before where I have had great service. So at the end of the day the food is great, service can be hit or miss but mostly hit. Restrooms are decent.

It started it out okay, took order and drinks really fast… But the food and drinks took them a while, wrong drinks… people that sat next to us got their food and drinks faster than we did

I started coming here because Pluckers’ service was awful. Pluckers needs to take a notes from BWW.
First of all, our beers came quick and often. Our appetizers were at our table before I even ordered them. Ken let us try some crazy wing sauce combos before we ordered too (try the spicy garlic mixed with the lemon pepper rub). We got our real food just as we were finishing up the appetizers. Our checks came 1 minutes after we asked for them. My buddy got his to-​go box 2 seconds after he asked for it! THAT is how it is done.
The food isn’t all that. The wings tend to come out over cooked, but they are still alright. The sauces are pretty good at covering up poorly prepared wings.
Its a great place to drink some brewskis and eat some wings with your buds.

If I could give a half star I would. Came in on Sunday night about 10:15pm and asked to sit in the dining room area. There was 6 tables occupied in the area and 6 servers wandering around. We sat for 20 min with out being greeted and watched 2 other tables get sat and get up and leave without being greeted as well. When we talked to the manager, he seemed stoned out of his mind, couldn’t form a complete sentence and was unapologetic. This location has gone to crap and nobody seems to care. We used to eat there weekly, but we won’t be back. Instead, we’ll go up the street and wait at Pluckers.

I will never order #burgers at #wing joints again. Repeat: I will never order burgers at wing joints again!

I love the chain. Hate this location. Like, I do.
They’ve messed up on my order multiple times and have even told me wrong times about my orders. Yes, it’s a rough estimation but waiting 20 minutes over the estimation that was given is pretty outrageous. I recall twice that they skipped my food and it was cold because they never called out my name. It’s disappointing honestly.
One time they made it sound like my fault that I never specifically said «5 mango habanero and 5 lemon pepper» but I did.
I never dined in before but I don’t think I ever will. It sucks because this location is so close to where I live.

I’ve been a fan of this chain for quite some time. 1. I love wings 2. I like sports bars 3. Beer! But since the Pluckers opened up down the street, we much prefer their wings and atmosphere. The problem with that is that EVERYONE seems to know that, and there is ALWAYS a wait at Pluckers now.
I have been to the BWs in Richmond, VA, and one in So Cal, and both of those locations have a much better atmosphere. I know that these are franchised restaurants, so I guess it depends on who runs it.
The food and drink is just like every other, so thats fine. The wings that I had this last time seemed like we re-fried…I also feel like the wings are getting smaller and smaller.

5 stars for a b dubs. I have been coming here for about 5.5 years (ever since I moved to Houston). I have met some really cool people here, and the staff really takes care of their regulars. I have ordered just about everything on the menu, and I cannot really remember any time it was messed up. All of the evening bartenders are good and can hold a good sports conversation. Overall, this is a great place to watch sports.

This BWW has really stepped up their game lately and I think it’s probably ever since Pluckers opened just down the road on Shepherd. The last two times I’ve been here, the service was excellent and the food was delicious! I recommend the Asian Zing wings! It get’s pretty packed, as any wing restaurant does, if a big game is on and people won’t leave till the game is over even if they’re done eating. Would definitely recommend especially if there’s a 2 hour wait at Pluckers (who waits 2 hours for wings?!?). I’m not hating on Pluckers because I love their food too but the wait is not worth it most of the time. There’s usually a decent beer selection here as well!

Wasn’t so impressed. I had the boneless wings with Asian Zing sauce, my wife had a burger. Honestly, hers looked awful.

Always come here when I’m in town visiting Mom & Dad. I like that place. It’s not the cream of the crop, but it’s decent.
I like the wide choice of different beer types and I always try something new. Food is good, you can get your wings with a dozen of different rubs and sauces. They always have specials with new sauces to test.
Service is not outstanding, but I don’t expect it here to have a good time.

I’m embarrassed to admit that I sort of LOVE the chicken ranch wrap. Love.
Otherwise, I pretty much hate the atmosphere and everything else about Buffalo Wild Wings. All the TVs, the clientele, the actual wings, the décor, the smells, the UFC fights? No, thank you.
This location seems as decent as any. The server was nice and fairly attentive. Happy hour beer is not that cheap. The $ 3 ones are all the really gross ones. $ 3 happy hour appetizers are kind of cool. The chile con queso was meh.
Anyway, I come here for the wrap, people. Anytime I find someone willing to go to BWW with me, I jump on the opportunity. Most of my friends are slightly high maintenance girls who don’t really fancy men in camo.
In conclusion, the chicken ranch wrap gets 4 stars.
