Worst pizza place ever. Ordered online, arrived at the place when i was supposed to be there, they told me wait 10 minutes. I came back 10 minutes later and no one knew where my order was. I asked if they forgot it, they said no, here’s the manager. I was greeted with no smile, just whats the order name? Then he looked and said he found no order, so i left. As im putting my car in reverse, the non management employee says they«found» my order so i go back inside. I paid and left. When i get home 5 minutes later(i live close) i open the lid and see the most disgusting, flat as a pancake, oil soaked through and obviously old pizza they«found». So from the rude manager who worked the p.m. shift on June 3rd2016 to the most disgusting piece of pizza i tried to eat and ended up throwing the rest away, i will no longer eat Pizza Hut ever again.

I just wanted to say thank you to this Pizza Hut! I spoke with Gene. I apologized to him for being difficult at first. We ordered pizza for family here at the house while my Dad is in hospice care here and in his last stages of life. Family members have been here around the clock. At the end of the call he was so great! He apologized for my father’s state and gave me his condolences! Thank you Gene. Forgive me if I spelled your name incorrectly.

Honestly, I’ve never had any problems with this location. Orders were always timely and made correctly, and I’ve never been treated poorly. I have an inkling that their low ratings are mostly due to the unhappy customers coming to unload their grievances, while the satisfied customers just don’t really think about writing a review for this casual pizza take-out joint(guilty).

Consistently mis-managed! Always late and inaccurate with orders. Then they want to credit you for the next visit, like you really want another visit. Order somewhere else. Oh, and the website message stating your order will be ready in 20 minutes is a complete fabrication.

This location is usually always busy, but I get that. Last few times I’ve been they have totally disappointed me. I went up with $ 20 in my hand and asked for my order, the worker came up, no greeting, he says«another 8 min on that order» and walks back with me standing there with cash in hand. It was very frustrating

WORST!!! Place ever! I have given them the benefit of the doubt on several occasions and they always let me down. This last time took the cake tho… I ordered a pizza with extra cheese, that’s it just extra cheese. What I received was a pizza with literally nothing but sauce… no cheese at all… not even a morsel!!! After waiting an hour for delivery, I drove the pizza back to the store to show the manager. Received nothing but attitude from«Akbar» the manager… he offered no resolution to the problem so I ended up demanding my money back. NEVERGOHERE!!! Pink’s pizza is sooo much better!!!

I’ll join! Should have read a review before placing an order. The drive from my house is 7 minutes away. It takes 21 minutes to make a pizza. If your busy, sure, I’ll take an hour for delivery. Tell me it’ll be more than an hour if it’s going to be more than an hour though. How bout you don’t lie about the driver being«on the way»? It’s been 20 minutes since you said that. Ordering a pizza shouldn’t be so tough. First world problems! I’m getting hangry. Update! 20 minutes later… The order was«on the way» and we call AGAIN to find out they ran out of the cheese bread. Ah haa! So the order WASN’T on the way. 0⁄10 would recommend to folk I don’t like.

What is the point of having an order online option and a time of pickup if you’re not gonna have the pizzas ready at the promised time? Have you learned nothing from these Unilocal reviews or do you hate your customers that much that you just don’t give a crap? Why did I choose to order and pay for subpar pizza when pinks or Lavino are options? Part of the blame is on me. I should know better than to order from a place with 1.5 stars on Unilocal

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut location in the Houston area. I have never gone out of my way to write a review for terrible customer service, but this establishment warrants a negative review. I have had continuous issues with this location from forgetting to put my order in to delivering incomplete orders. This evening, I placed an online order at this location(double checked to make sure the location was correct) for delivery which stated it was a 1 hour wait. After realizing their delivery time is consistently longer than the time stated, I decided to go in and pick it up for carry out. I arrived and was told my order never went through. I showed the confirmation on my phone and they agreed the location was correct, but their response was basically«sorry, not my problem». I asked if they could expedite my order due to this error and the manager refused — he then proceeded to aggressively tell me about how there are another 30 orders that haven’t even shown up on his screen yet and that he can not and will not put my order in front of the others. Additionally, the only way they would make my pizza is if I placed another order at that location AND paid them again for it. I did this because at this point, I just want my pizza but I was basically double charged for this pizza(online and in store). After calling Pizza Hut customer service, a refund was not an option over the phone — I was simply told that an area manager will contact me within 3 days. All around, terrible customer service. I highly, highly recommend going to another location.

This is the closest Pizza Hut to St. Thomas, one of the best-known, premier high schools in Houston. They have to have delivered pizza to St. Thomas hundreds of times before the order for our group. I chaperoned a visit to St. Thomas on April 18, 2015. At 11 a.m., one of our chaperones placed an order for 6 pizzas and 5 party packs to be delivered to us at 12:30 p.m. at St. Thomas. At 12:15 p.m., the chaperone went outside to the front of the school to ensure someone was readily available to take delivery of the pizzas. When the pizzas had not arrived by 12:50 p.m., she call what she thought was this store back at(713) 861‑8877. Turns out, you cannot dial the store directly. The number listed is redirected to a customer call center. She was on hold for more than 10 minutes and, around 12:55 p.m., a customer service manager swore to her the delivery had already left this store and would be to us within 10 minutes. The pizza did not arrive until 1:25 p.m. and the driver told the chaperone that he had just left the store 10 minutes before then. Then, we find out that the party packs were not included in the delivery, but we had paid for them. With 20 hungry kids, we had no choice but to accept the order as-is. Infuriorating, to say the least.

Customer service is poor here. I wouldn’t be ordering here if the kids didn’t insist on pizza rolls. Several times, I’ve placed orders here and I have found that they take forever on an order that is always inevitably wrong somehow. 45minutes to close to two hour wait when I live less than a mile away. Each time I call back when they’ve messed the order up, they’ve offered to give me credit because it would take at least half an hour to get the correct order out. They say to give them your phone number and the credit will be there. Of course, it’s no surprise that there isn’t. Avoid it if you can. Pinks pizza, though a little spendier, is always worth the price. Incredibly upset with this location and it looks like I’m not the only one.

We have ordered from here in the past, nothing to write about, just basic pizza right? Last night around 5pm we ordered and I got pizza with mushroom and spinach. 4 hours later, until 8 this morning, I realized I had food poisoning. Awful. I’ll save you the gory details but it’s been an awful night/day and my stomach is still cramping. Fortunately, no one else ate any of my pizza so the kids are safe. If you work in a food establishment, food safety should be your #1 priority. Will never order from Pizza Hut again. #traumatized

Ordered two pan crust pizzas with extra cheese. One with chicken and olives, the other with pepperoni and sausage. I received 2 thin crust pizzas.. one with just cheese one with pepperoni and mushrooms(which I hate). I called to complain about it and the woman on the other line rudely said they ran out of pan pizza. I asked her to explain the other toppings. She had no response and told me she would credit me $ 10 and did I really want them to remake my order. I told her yes and she hung up on me. When they dropped off the correct order it contained pan crust pizza… Surprise! I think she was hoping if she lied I wouldn’t request they correct their mistake. I will be ordering from Star Pizza in the future. I don’t know why I didn’t do that in the first place, their pizza is supposed to be amazing.

I go inside this location to order and get several pizzas regularly. Within the last few months my pizzas have had uneven soggy crust & little to almost no pizza toppings. The last time I got pizza at this location I explained my issues with the low pizza quality lately & I was told that they had a new cook. Those pizzas I ordered that day had soggy crust, so I will NOT be returning. This Pizza Hut went from great pizzas to bad pizzas in a matter of months!

I have had issues with this location several times, mostly due to their call center, meaning when you place a call to this location, someone who knows where, that is not even familiar with the surrounding Houston area answers. Tonight I tried to place an order for a large pizza and two salads. The lady with the call center took my order, but then came back with that the salads are«unavailable» at this location. I requested that she checked to see if there was another location in the area that did have them available. she then proceeded to tell me that their salads were«just lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumbers.» I cut her off interrupted that YES that is the definition of a salad, and indeed what I was trying to order. she then went on telling me their salads were nothing special and I should really just get my salad somewhere else. REALLY? I then give up and ask her to just place the order for the pizza. apparently sometime during the time she was persuading me to order my food elsewhere, she had completely lost the previous entered order and needed all of my information again… at this point I hung up and ordered online. when my pizza was then late for delivery, I called yet again the wonderful call center only to be told that she would contact the manager at the location I ordered from and have them call me.(So apparently there IS an actual phone at the location… shocking) Did I ever receive a call from said manager? No, I did not. But my pizza did finally arrive 40 min late, not hot. Yes, I had to put my pizza in the microwave right after delivery. Fail Pizza Hut, Fail.

Don’t bother with this place. Pizza delivery runs 45 minutes to an hour LONGER than they tell you it will be(it’s happened twice now) When you call to asl about your order you get put on hold… after ten minutes on hold I hung up and called back… they said they’d call me back with the status of my order. They did not call back. The driver pulled up as I was calling another pizza place. I called again to let them know that I had the pizza and they tried to oit me on hold again. Horrible, horrible service. I’ve even tried picking up the pizza myself and had to yell to the back of the store before someone wandered up front to get my order. Useless. Is there a ZERO stsr rating?

I was very afraid to order here because of the one star review… But I ordered online — got that cool pizza slider thing I’ve been seeing. Order came exactly when the internet said it would! Hot. Correct. On time. No complaints!
