Subway

The worst customer service that I have ever received. The cashier was extremely rude. I will not be patronizing this location ever again. I am very upset and have contacted the the Subway headquarters.

Convenient location for those of us who live in the Heights, but this Subway isn’t one that I will visit again. The primary reason for this is that they are absolutely stingy with the ingredients when making sandwiches. I have visited this Subway at least five times over the course of the past five years or so, and each time I have visited this Subway I am quickly reminded why I don’t come here as often as I would like to. There is also a language barrier you’ll run into if you don’t speak Chinese. If you’ve ever visited a Subway Sandwich store, you can easily imagine the frustration one would run into when trying to build the sandwich you’ve been craving when they are stingy with the ingredients and can’t understand which ingredients you’re asking for in the first place. For example, on my last (and final) visit to this Subway, I asked for black olives on my 6-​inch sub. She placed a total of three small pieces of olive on the sandwich and then said something to me that I could not understand. I asked her to repeat what she had said to me, and then she then started to wrap up my sandwich and motioned me to move toward the cashier. I asked her if she would kindly put a few more olives on the sandwich as well as a few other veggies I had not had the chance to ask for. Well, there were people behind me waiting in line, and all she had time for was to add two (YES, 2) more pieces of olive, and my sandwich was wrapped back up again. She was done with me and swiftly moved to the next customer. That did it for me. I won’t be back.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. The employees are very rude and can not speak or understand much English. When I explained I could not understand what the Chinese person was saying then I was approached by the other employer that was very rude and looked at me with a look to kill. I will be calling the main office to make a complaint. Please take your business else where if you want a great attitude by the person making your food.

Very clean. Small tables though.
The bread seemed a bit dry. Perhaps day old bread. Make sure you ask for what ever bread is made that day.

Small but clean yes tables for two only good service food was prepared correctly and fresh hey it’s a subway one of the better ones I’ve been in

I eat Subway often and I find that this location isn’t stingy with the veggies like others I have been to. Also, really roomy and well lit.
