It’s a decent place, there a bit slow on reordering many juices. And to be honest the girl that runs the shop isn’t too friendly… snippy if you ask me. But what do I know I’m just a consumer with many choices to spend my money

Does not discuss prices of products of phones. Other companies do. It must be expensive if they dont discuss prices.

Literally best customer service I’ve ever gotten! From Francis, she is always a joy when we come in and always extremely helpful! There are other places I could go but I will always come back to this place because of the awesome experience

Forever Vapes is a great store — the staff is extremely helpful; they’re each passionate and knowledgeable about this stuff and more than willing to sit with you and answer any and all questions you may have. They have one of the best juice selections I’ve ever seen — the bar is covered with large binders detailing every flavor you can imagine — and just as many brands.
The only issue I really have with this store is the prices (hence the 4 star rating). Most of their products are overpriced. I understand that retail locations can’t match internet prices if they want to make ANY money, but Forever Vapes’ price increases are just a bit too high. Considering this, I recommend you purchase mods and tanks elsewhere.
That said, this is still a great store. They also do repairs and cleaning. Definitely check it out and pick up some of the awesome flavors they have.

Vape Shops are a dime a dozen. they are on every corner in every sopping center. I’ve met hundreds of people that work in these places. Vape Snobs to Vape Nerds to regular cool people. I walked into this store yesterday to see if they could fix my mod that just friggen Died on me. I walked out of their with my new shop. The One in a million, needle in a haystack if you will. I wont go anywhere else from now on. FYI: The mod couldn’t be fixed but I left with something I am happy with. Thanks again!

Rolled in for help getting a new tank, the guys there were really friendly and professional. Sorted me out with an awesome tank that works great, super patient explained everything to me really well. Also pop some of his personal juice in my new tank for me to try and threw in a sample tank protecter when I told him i kept dropping my shit and breaking the glass. Anyway the service there is legit and I’ll defs be going back, recommend this place to everyone.

I went in for some juice and ended up upgrading my ecig setup. I am way happier with my new setup! They have so many flavors to choose from you could spend hours in there. The staff there is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I found my new vape store. Thank you Carolyn!

This is the best Vape shop I’ve ever been to and I travel all across the states often. Best selection of juices, superior customer service and a VERY cool atmosphere. I could only wish for a shop like this by my house In New Orleans. Thankfully it’s right near my moms. Another great reason to visit her ;)

Cool clean casual vape shop. Lots to sample and a helpful enthusiastic staff. Unlike my previous shop they have samples galore. Prime location and hours later than other places.

Super disappointing and WAY too unreliable.
I was really counting on this place being my go to vape shop in town but after my first two visits the experience has just plummeted down hill. Since then they have NEVER had the (apparently popular) juice I prefer in the level I need. I smoke a 12 and have had to buy the 16 the last three visits and add a 0 filler. Also, each time I have visited, I have also been told by the manager that a huge order was placed and what I need should be there next week. Every week, it’s next week. Well, I waited ANOTHER week, popped in only to be told that not only did they not have that juice in my level but they didn’t have it in any level, they were flush out. So, trying to be understanding again I asked for my second choice… also flush out. So then I said, well how about just menthol? Nope… no menthol anywhere near the level I need. Seriously guys?! Inventory management skills need to be tweaked big time! This is an industry where your customers need to rely on you to have what they need.

Customer service was on point from the min you walk in til you leave, they make sure you get all of your questions answered. My bf, the one who vapes, had a couple of bad experiences at the Forever Vapes near Jersey Village off West & Beltway, so I told him let’s come to this location. So glad we did! Mike threw us a free bottle of juice after hearing about our bad experiences at the other location, & assured us that they were no longer affiliated with that location anymore. Even though they weren’t affiliated with that store, he still threw us a free bottle on the house when he didn’t need to. This location is definitely all about customer service. The vibes in there are so chill, they’re definitely passionate about their jobs, & the staff really does try to accommodate your needs. Props to THIS Forever Vapes. :)

pretty much one of the best ships I been top, so far. Love their sales pitch on pretty much every item when you walk right in that door. Love the setting, lighting & accessories they have throughout the shop. Flavors are also really good. Definitely sets itself apart from all the other generic shops.

Crappy customer service today. They seemed to have a decent selection of juices. But even though I was the only one in the store, when random young muscle dude walked in with a newbie issue, the young female clerk abandoned me with no explanation or words. She then took muscle guy A to the other side of the store. I waited for over 5 minutes patiently, and then walked over to them, but the clerk never acknowledged me. Walked out at this point in frustration, headed to Vapor Lair.

This is one of the best vape shops in Houston. The customer service is amazing, and Briana (who helped me out with my first setup ever) was incredibly helpful! she answered my questions without making me feel stupid, and explained things to me in a way I could easily digest. She made my experience at the store very comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this store and I will be coming back.

I’ve been in several times and have not had as good of an experience as Mike (the Indian one) gave me. He was super helpful, very knowledgable, and genuinely wanted to help me solve my problem. Thanks to him, I will be a loyal customer. Mike, you rock!

After visiting several vape shops around Houston, this vape shop is the best. The shop was very nice, clean and a lot of juices. The people who work here are so honest and that was important to us. Staff Very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions! They were not looking to get the commission sales but rather us spend our money for the box mod and rda that best fit our needs and price range! Also included a free build which just added on to the awesome first time experience at the shop! I would definitely recommend this shop to beginners and experts at vaping !!

When I go to a vape shop, I have certain expectations. I am a bit of an elitist when it comes to vaping, and if you are anything like me, this is definitely not the shop for you. Clones galore adorn the shelves, and the juice selection leaves much to be desired. The redeeming fact is that most of the staff is enjoyable. The only one who I really was unimpressed with was a gentleman named Mike. During this initial visit, he had led me to believe that he was the owner of the store. After conversing with many others to get confirmation, I now know that he is, in fact, not. He was mildly rude when I came, and I do not appreciate being lied to. All in all, if you make it out to any store in Houston, make it New Element, Vapor Lair, or Vapor Essence in Pearland.

Awesome shop! Everything you need whether a beginner, still learning like myself, or one of those seasoned pros that speak vapor shorthand. Yesterday they got a shipment of juice that is apparently as elusive as a Sasquatch sighting. I bought the shurb on their word alone (which has never steered me wrong). It was so good I went back today for the caramel pear, crème brûlée, peachy strawberry & strawberry astronaut. Apparently Jimmy is my jam!

I have been vaping for about one and a half years while I was living in Cali and they had vape shops out there that had great selection & variety and this shop is the best one I have seen being back home so far.
Great selection, great help, and really nice interior. Currently I am smoking the MVP Itaste, but when I upgrade I probably will check out this shop first. Five stars Two thumbs up
