I was told my e-​cigerette was broken and needed a new one, so I bought one from here. It worked for an hour and broke, lucky I tried using the one I had that I was told was broken, it worked perfectly. I called them and told them it fell apart and I had done nothing to it. I brought it back and we’re not professional and would not exchange or refund me when I had a faulty e-​cigerette. They were rude and did not help me. I wouldn’t purchase anything else from this store in the future. When I have an issue other places fix, exchange and help me like a professional company should!

I love this place! If I’m not mistaken the owner Nick is a gentleman. But the past two times I went there was this man who looked pilipino with glasses and long black hair and he was just so disrespectful. Hospitality wasn’t in his vocabulary and it made my experience unpleasant. Its really unfortunate since I live down the street.

This place is terrible. Bought a blu ecigarette and it broke less than 2 hours after I bought it. Went to return it and the owner said «sorry call the manufacturer because I can’t accept it because I will lose money»
Apparently he would prefer you to lose your money rather than him. He is selling faulty stuff and doesn’t seem to care. Will never return to this place and I suggest no one else does either.

This place is great, friendly service, don’t know what the other reviewer is talking about. It looks small on the outside but on the inside it’s actually pretty big and they have a bunch of stuff. Great place.

I was so excited to check this place out because of the great review, plus I had just received my new hookah and was stoked to try it out!
Wow, went on Friday night around 9:00pm and was «greeted» by the guy who was working that night. I asked where the hookah stuff was and he rolled his eyes and sighed and showed me the way. Once over in the section, I was treated like a total INCONVENIENCE. He was so rude, I almost thought about walking out but then I probably would have been shot with daggers.
I asked for some tips to put in the end of the hookah and he’s like «yea, how many?» I said, «I’m not sure, how much are they?» (they are cheap pieces of plastic so I figured maybe 10 for $ 1 or something). No answer, so I just said «then just give me a handful.» He threw them on the counter!
I think I will find another shop that actually LIKES paying customers… I give one extra star because they do have a nice selection.
