The best designed product on the market. A better pit you cannot find. The worst customer service on the planet. Disorganized, poor communication, and failed to reach stated timelines. Overall, a bad experience. Buyers remorse. I’m never going back.

If you know anything at all about BBQ in Texas, you know about this company. If you are a serious cook or competitive smoker, you will either have one of these pits or be wanting one.
I just decided to write about them because they have moved locations from their spot on 34th to Judiway and was surprised to find them missing from Unilocal.
Go by and look, talk to them if you have special needs and spend the money to get something decent that will last you a lifetime with the minimum of care. Be prepared to wait, they have a backlog of customers that has remained about the same for the last twenty years.
Great folk, beautiful work, I am saving up myself.
