BB’s Donuts

A very nice find, great crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside donuts. The cinnamon rolls are awesome but limited in supply.

Donuts should be about making a frown turn upside down, and BB’s Donuts does exactly that with their FRESH, delicious face altering donuts.
This location is 0.1 miles from my office, and my co-​worker brings them in almost every other weekend. It makes Fridays that much sweeter. It’s the tastiest thing Sharpstown has to offer!
You won’t believe your sugar crazed eyes when you see the prices:
1 dozen regular: $ 5
1 dozen specialty: $ 10
1 dozen holes: $ 1
It only gets batter from there. If you work in The Center, or close by, you must make this place a Friday regular for your office. If you live close by, well then you’re going to get fat.
You Deserve a Donut.

Get here EARLY. I really can’t stress that enough, especially if you want the really good and really popular stuff. This place opens at 6am, and by 9am you’ll be picking over what little remains after the donut apocalypse.
That said though, when we can make it in time we always pick up some sausage and cheese kolaches, assorted cake donuts, and a couple of Long Johns, which are bar-​shaped donuts with chocolate glaze. Say yes when they ask you if you want the Long Johns filled; they’re wonderfully light unfilled, but once they’ve taken them into the back and stuffed them with vanilla custard they’re just something else. Everything else is great too, but those Long Johns give even Krispy Kreme a run for its money.
Don’t be put off by the location or the tiny size of the place — if it wasn’t for the fact that they sold out so fast and closed so early, we’d be in here all the time.

I never would have tried them because of the sketchy looking strip center, but someone told me how great they are. Those are the best donuts and kolaches in the whole city! The workers are so nice and the food is so good and inexpensive. Since I tried them two weeks ago? I have been back every day since. Makes my heart happy, but not my waistline, ha!

Went on National Donut Day and they had such a pitiful selection we had to leave and find another shop that had donuts. Maybe not the best day to visit though.

Thank god for my immediate donut craving that my boyfriend had to look for donut around this area and we found this gem. Thank you Unilocal.My favorite is croissant with bacon, egg and cheese for something breakfasty. Pls try it, you wont be disappointed. It is a perfect way to start your day. It will keep you happy whole day I promise.
Donut wise the chocolate is the bomb, along with chocolate with nuts on it. I finished these donuts in a minute when I buy it and it makes me really sad that I dint buy more. But one cannot eat more donut and we all know why. But if I get a chance or if I want to forget the world for a while, i will buy a dozen of chocolate with nuts and long john and just eat them all. :)

Looks sketchy on the outside but it’s a gem!!! I occasionally stop to grab breakfast before classes. Great donuts and croissants! And did I mention cheap and affordable! Everything seems freshly made every day here. I usually get the ham, cheese, and egg croissant. It’s only $ 2.50. Generous portions may I add! I find their products tasting better than places like shipley’s and it’s cheaper. I tried their hamburger combo and it’s pretty good for under $ 5. Not bad!

I have driven by BB’s multiple times on my way to and from work in the morning, but only stopped this one time. It was a Monday and I felt I had to have a donut to start the week.
From the outside it looks like a tiny little Mom and Pop donut shop. I was surprised to see that they apparently serve lunch as well. There were a few small tables near the storefront that were occupied with gentleman getting ready for work.
The selection is smaller than you’d get at a chain but they have enough types of donuts, including cake and old fashioned cake donuts to probably satisfy most people.
They also have kolaches, breakfast tacos, and breakfast biscuits. I only had the regular kolaches and donuts.
There is a $ 3.00 minimum to use a credit card, and I think for my Large coffee, 2 donuts, and 2 kolaches it was less than $ 5.00.
As I was being helped by a very sweet and efficient woman behind the counter she greeted regulars and called out their orders to them which I found very endearing.
They also have non-​powdered creamer for your coffee! Regular, french vanilla, and hazelnut. It’s the little things but liquid creamer is my personal preference.
Would definitely come back and maybe buy a couple dozen for the office.

Great donuts

My second review here… love their donuts and kolaches and they are located right off the southwest freeway at gessner on the way to downtown so I can exit and hop right back on the freeway in the mornings on the way to work… breakfast is the most important meal of the day… perfect way to start your mornings and grab some donuts for your coworkers!

I look forward to getting my breakfast fix here almost every morning. The kolaches are soft and warm. The breakfast tacos know how to hit the spot! A great hole in the wall mom n pop shop that’s always good and always reliable.
