Just visited this store the other day! Looking for a new watch for myself and a business partner. Fabiola, I think that’s her name, helped out and was very attentive and professional. They also offered a no interest finance plan which I thought was a great option if needed.

Rocco was AMAZING! I asked him about Cartier watches and certifications and so on. Helpful, out of the box thinking and overall nice guy. Really pleased with my experience at Ben Bridge. So amazing compared to other places in houston. thanks!

Update: The manager saw my previous review and called. Then we got the official certificate in the store(the manager said they had to order it by overnight shipping). Happy ending in the end!

Talked to the manager and got everything resolved. :) After talking to him, I have a better impression of the store, but will still be a little hesitant before coming back.

I usually have a decent experience every time I purchase from here but as I was waiting to get my watch sized another sales girl told me to move as she had to show her customers something from the case. It was utterly rude and it seems as if she needs to be retrained in her job. The salesgirls name was Fabiola. I recommend you buy from anyone but her!

Came in here to buy a rolex(and did) — they were unable to answer simple questions about my watch(like what does milgauss mean, etc.). The worst part is that every time I come back to the store to get my watch cleaned, everyone there ignores me when I walk in. No wiggle room on prices, bad customer service post purchase — would not buy from here again Addition — — After posting my review their management reached out and said they would call me if I responded with my contact information, but guess what… they never called! What a surprise

Our experience here was kind of annoying. My husband was in the market for a new Tag Heuer watch, and after looking for a couple of months in the US and abroad, we finally came to Ben Bridge on a whim. We were able to strike a deal that was a bit lower than their competitors. The annoying part happened when my husband finally got the watch. The watch had a dent in it! So we brought it back to the store, and they found another one to replace it with. When we came in to get the replacement, it was missing it’s warranty information from Tag Heuer. Now folks, you should NEVER buy a nice watch without getting the proper documents. These things are pretty sturdy, but try fixing one outside of a warranty and it’ll cost you a pretty penny. Not to mention that you’ll want the documents if you ever want to resell the watch. Anyway, so once we mentioned this to the sale associate he had to search for ANOTHER watch to bring in. Finally he located one that was in perfect condition with all the proper documentation. It took a couple of weeks, but we finally left the store with what we needed. Also, I didn’t appreciate that they were stingy with their free teddy bear gift pouches. We wanted one to give to our niece who was in town for Thanksgiving(during our visit for watch 2⁄3) and they wouldn’t give us one. Dude, I just dropped $ 5k, still haven’t received my watch, and you can’t spare a tiny little bear? Good grief!

I went to Ben Bridge about 2 months ago. I was looking for a rare piece of Rolex watch, but I was told it’s very hard to get. One the service rep showed me a few other kinds, but they didn’t impress me very well. Then I was told that the following week there would be a new updated Submariner in stock. I gave her my phone number and hope to get a call which I never did get. I am not very sure it was my baby face that made the service agent to gauge me negatively, but when someone fails to do their promised follow ups, I will never come back to them. Watch collection was abundant, but poor customer service. Thank you Ben Bridge. By the way I already got the watch I wanted, but not from here.
