After picking out 3 rings I wanted to try on to make my final decision, I learned that I could only try 1 of those rings on because that was the only one of my choices that was available in my size, a 4 ½. While the size 4 ½ was a little loose, they were able to find me a ring with a thicker band to fit better.
Although I wanted to wear my ring out of the store, I really would’ve liked if I had been given a box and a bag and not just been sent on my way with a receipt. I feel that ruined part of the experience of buying a piece of jewelry, not to mention having a box to store the ring in!
Maybe I should’ve gone to Nordstrom or gone to a Pandora store back home but oh well.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Pandora has the WORST customer service. This Pandora store did not provide a receipt they only gave a gift receipt (which we did not realize since they said they were putting both receipts in the envelope) When trying to return a bracelet, we were told we needed an original. They would not look up the transaction with a credit card number and said we needed to call the corporate office.
We have been trying to contact customer service for almost THREE WEEKS with no luck after sending numerous emails and voicemails. We feel like that are trying to wait out the 30 day period for returns or they do not care about their customers so they have no one in the Customer Service Department.
Expect NO RESPONSE from this company if you have any issues

I recommend buying Pandora Jewelry at Nordstrom’s and stay as far away as possible from this store.
This store has the worst customer service and will not spend any time to help you. I made a purchase and was only given a gift receipt. I did not think much of this at the time, but when I tried to make a return the store told me I could not and it was final. This is just a sleazy franchise tactic to increase sales and minimize returns. If this happened at Nordstrom’s they would of looked up my original sales receipt from my credit card and made the return. Why this store can not do that is beyond me.
I do not think Pandora as a whole is bad, but this franchise location is rotten.

While away on a business trip I figured I would buy my mom’s new charm here, as it’s cheaper and they would have a bigger selection.
Looks very much like most Pandora stores, the selection was astounding! So many charms and little things you can buy. And the staff was exceptionally friendly. After much searching, as I couldn’t decide, I was able to get her the purple heart charm.
The package it up in cute little boxes and gift bags. And the price was substantially less than Canada.
