Sister was looking for the Adidas original superstar in size 7. She checked Foot Locker but all sold out in that specific size and wouldn’t have more until next month. She didn’t think ladies foot locker would have any since the sugar land location was sold out. But we walked in to ask anyways. I was looking for some casual Nike Thea’s. Had previously gone downstairs to the regular foot locker near the food court but had a bad experience. Sister was lucky enough that they had her size! She was pleasantly surprised. And as for me they didn’t have my size but the manager(Asian lady) was so helpful. She was able to check which store in Galleria had my size. Champs had about five pairs so she went ahead and called champs so they could hold a pair so I could just go and pick up. I’d definitely be back.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I came here with a friend because she was interested in looking for some new shoes for the gym. It was about 8:45– 15 minutes before the mall closes, the employee that was working there that evening decided it would be okay to start closing the doors. I get there and knock on the door and she tells me they are closed. My friend was okay with just going to another store but I wasn’t because business hours are still in place and they should be followed. I waved my phone at her and pointed at the time, she gave me a nasty look and then proceeded to opening the door to let us in. Clearly, I’m already pissed as hell. My friend takes a look around and finds a pair of shoes she really liked. She asked for the shoe in her size to try on, the employee went to the back, less than 30 seconds she returns to tell us they don’t have my friends size. I doubt she even went to check if they had the shoes. What terrible customer service. Usually they even offer to order the pair online for us but that wasn’t even offered. I won’t be back here. I should report what this store does about shutting down early to the Mall Manager. Whateva.
