2626 S Loop West has a horrible manager! They are never available when I call or visit the office. The building also needs some updating and better cleaning services. The management has very nasty attitude towards minorities(which is who mostly occupies the building). I have seen this with my own eyes. I have an associate who is white and I went with her to the office regarding leasing office space. The manager was nice and courteous to her and far from what I experienced when I met with the same manager to lease my office space. They really need to hire people who enjoy their job and can relate to a diverse group of people. Their customer service is majorly disappointing. When my lease is up, I definitely plan on moving to another location.

Wow! After I wrote this I was told Zeba was very upset and talked to the head of the company I was visiting about my review of her. In what appears to be retaliation for my truthful commentary on Zeba’s management skills, she took away parking spots which forced significant portions of the employees to now park on the street! The company had to have an employee drive a golf cart around in the morning when people were arriving and at night when people were leaving to get them to their cars! Ridiculous. The company has(thank goodness) since moved out of her property into a much nicer building that actually has heat/ac, plenty of parking, and doesn’t smell like raw sewage. Also — as a note to «Mei S.» — I find the fact that you experienced«great service» extraordinarily difficult to believe not only because I don’t consider Zeba to be good at her job, but also because you said nothing of substance to show that you did in fact have reputable service.
