I loved this place! My husband bought me a beautiful charm bracelet, they had great service! They offered cookies and cute little water bottles. Will definitely be coming here more often.

terrible service, associates with a very bad attitude. Have had 3 negative experiences at this store and will not be back for more. Bought 2 items for my daughters and a purse for myself– transaction took over 20 minutes to ring… how long does it take to put three purses in a bag and swipe a credit card? Then, when I went into the store to exchange these items since they didn’t work out, the gal who greeted me wouldn’t take the return (with a receipt) and called another lady out to take care of it– she left the register 2 times to talk with other people during the return process and rolled her eyes at me when I only found some sunglasses and a bracelet that I wanted. After waiting almost 30 minutes for the return process, I was finally able to leave the store. Then, I bought a clutch at a Vegas store and it was too small– went back to exchange this (with tags and receipt) and again got terrible service and a refusal to help– the lady told me they didn’t carry the exact item and that I would need to take it back to the store where I got it– I live in TEXAS, the store I bought it was at was in LAS VEGAS– that’s practical advice… will NEVER shop at this store again! Go somewhere else!
