My wife and I have been here for almost two years an have been very satisfied with the place. There is occasionally some trash left around or some noise at the pool, but not out of control. We live on the top floor at the end of a row, so I guess we escape most of the noise people seem to have a problem with.
The complex changed ownership in October of 2012. Too soon to tell if it is going to be better or worse yet.

By far the worst customer service. I’m a prospective tenant that stopped by to have a look at the property. I was treated very rudely, and cut short. I confronted the leasing manager about this and did not receive any sort of apology. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. There’s a very unhappy team running this property.

I’m a current resident here. The upstairs neighbors, I believe are in cirque de solei. The downstairs neighbors has constantly complained about noise from my apartment, leading me to think that it’s just that the construction is cheap and the insulation is paper-thin. The office has never been even remotely helpful in resolving anything. Arrive late enough and you’ll be parking on the highest floor in the garage. There’s been a few thefts since I’ve been here but they’ve announced it, so that’s a plus. There’s always groups of people being obnoxious at wee hours around the entire place.
The apartment looks nice enough, which is what enticed me to move in, but no. No no no… I loathe coming home here.
I sit patiently for the lease to be up to move away… far, far away.
