I have been eating here since I was a kid. This place has a great style and atmosphere that welcomes all kinds of patrons. Best pizza in Houston, hands down. They always get my order right and everything come fresh and hot. My wife and I will always come back or order delivery.

Great pizza joint. Place was much nicer inside than the parking lot would imply. Got a pepperoni pie, wings and meatball sub. This pizza is far superior to any chain pizza. It was busy on a Friday night, but we got out food in a very timely manner. The only reason this place does not get a 5 star is because there is a 5 star pizza joint(best in Texas) within a couple of miles of this place. With that said though, this place is by no means undeserving of your love. Great place!

First time ordering… I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich and Side Salad. The order took a little longer than anticipated however the order taker and the person preparing the food provided great service. :-) I opted to eat the salad at the restaurant while they finished preparing my food. I wish I hadn’t. :-(Unfortunately the manager/owner was in conversation with customers that I considered inappropriate for someone representing the brand. Not speaking to the accuracy of the comments, just that it was not conversation I wanted to hear while on my lunch break. Although food was great, the atmosphere plays a role in the dining experience..

Brothers Pizza Express, not to be confused with Brothers Pizza, is the closes to New York style pizza in the Houston Area and then some. Excellent service great tasting food. Just wish they were in the Tomball area.

Brothers Pizza is the closest you can get to an original New York style pizza. Pizza is AMAZING!!! Large slices and excellent lunch specials. I’ve tried the chicken Parmesan sub and the lasagna as well. All amazing. MUSTTRY!!! This location is also related to the location on I10/Hwy 6. I think there are others but that is the one I’m sure of.

The pizza slices here are humongous. You can tell all the ingredients in the pizza are fresh and even the meatball sandwich is really good. There is one thing I do not order here and those are the fried mushrooms. I’ve been disappointed and have been served ice cold fried mushrooms before but if your looking for a pizza fresher than the competition then come here for pizza quality.

After getting a recommendation from a fellow Unilocaler about the good pizzas here and since it is in my part of town I decided to try one out. I called in a to go order for a custom pizza of beef sausage, onions and mushrooms. I arrived at the time I was told it would be ready and it was. I drove home and began eating. The first thing I realized about the pizza was the amount of cheese that was on it. It was more than average. If you like a cheesy gooey type of pizza then you will theirs. The crust is medium in thickness not thin but not thick. The pizza was good and filling. I will give it a 3.5. I prefer thin crust pizza but will admit this was good. I may return and dine in next time and if I enjoy that visit will probably upgrade my score to a 4.

Being from Chicago I’m pretty picky about my pizza. Once I found Brothers I’ve never gone anywhere else. I live in Tampa now, the 1st thing I do when I’m in Houston is hit Brothers pizza. The pizza is amazing and the people are awesome, they go above and beyond to make this place what it is, the best pizza in Houston!

Worst customer service. Ordered a veggie pizza and received pizza with pepperoni and sausage. What kind of veggie pizza is that? Called back to explain the issue and received rude response from the person on the phone. I was trying to explain i saw the menu on Unilocal and he started shouting we have nothing to do with Unilocal and how they have their website and menu. The only reason i called was do that the concerned owner might make necessary updates for future customers. But he didn’t wanted to accept any connection with Unilocal or take any responsibility for sending a veggie pizza with pepperoni and sausage. And to top it they took 90 minutes to deliver a pizza and garlic bread which was cold when delivered.

I want to first take the opportunity to state that I love your pizza and wings. That being said, is it your company’s policy to allow your shift leaders to refuse to cancel an order, argue with loyal customers, and to threaten not to serve a customer again? Just wondering, bc that’s exactly what happened last night at the mills and perry store. My order was at 1 and ½ hours, I called to cancel, and the«management» got on the phone and refused. He said, «we don’t guarantee our delivery times, so I’m just supposed to eat a $ 25 ticket?» The order arrived at our house at just under 2HOURS, the pizza was cold, folded over, and messed up, and the rest of the order was completely wrong due to deliberate disregard for my order. Just want to know if this is policy, because this individual told me that he would refuse service to me because he «knew who this was».

My personal standard-bearers for pizza joints are Big Bill’s in Denver(from when I lived there in the early 2000’s) and Pizza Gallery(from my teen-aged years in Kennett Square, PA). Brothers Pizza doesn’t break into this level of play, but they are at least playing in the same league. More than I can say for 99% of the pizza joints I have found in Houston. Having grown up on the east coast, I consider pizza to be what people today refer to as «New York Style Pizza». To me, it’s just«pizza». Anything else(no matter how yummy: Chicago deep dish — I’m looking at you) is something else. When I was growing up, pizza was, by definition, thin, crispy, greasy, and gooey. It only used mozzarella and you could order it «with or without» which referred to pepperoni(though some of the«classier» joints offered a few other options including mushrooms and anchovies). The way one joint distinguished itself from another was the sauce. Sauce making is(or at least used to be) an art; families passed their recipes through generations and while one might tinker with the dough recipe or brand of mozzarella through the years, the sauce was the family sauce. Brothers sauce is good. Not great, but definitely good. The dough is appropriately crispy without being blackened and though I have no idea of the actual brand of cheese they use, it tastes high quality to me. And, when eaten fresh out of the oven, it is nice and gooey(occasionally, a bit too gooey from a practical perspective, imo). I give them a four star rating not because I think there is a five star out there in the Houston area — the five stars are reserved to Big Bill’s and Pizza Gallery and only then as a snapshot in time. I give them four stars because they are very good. Not sure how it would fare if I had to pass the Pizza Gallery of my youth to get to Brothers of today, but I do pass several far more convenient pizza joints to get to my closest Brothers Pizza. Basically, if you live in the Houston area and are looking for the kind of pizza I describe above, you want to go to Brother’s.

Been here many times. The pizza reminds me of the years when I lived on the East Coast and made frequent trips to New York City. Large slices that will droop at the end unless you do that circular fold in the middle. They use real cheese, hand-tossed dough for the crust and cooked in a real oven(not the pressed dough run through a conveyer belt). My tip is to ask for a couple of minutes more in the oven if you like a crisper crust.

Placed an order for pizza over the phone a week ago, and I arrived promptly at the given time to pick up my order. One of the pizzas was ready, but the anchovy and feta pizza was not made because they had run out of anchovies. They said they didn’t have my number so they were unable to call me back and tell me they were out of anchovies. I informed them that no one had asked for my phone number. One of the employees asked if I wanted something else instead of anchovies. Um, no. What the hell is similar to anchovies? I didn’t want anything except anchovies so I was pretty peeved at this point because one, they should have taken inventory and known which ingredients they were out of before taking orders, and two, they should have called me back if they had just discovered they were out. But since they messed up on both factors, I was left with the option of just a cheese pizza or adding a topping I had no interest in. After asking the employee what can he do for me, he said he could sell me the pizza for the cheese price. What? Aw hell no. You mess up my order and basically want me to pay full price for a cheese pizza instead? Forget that. Here’s a hint, if you want a repeat customer after you royally mess up, you do everything you can to make that customer come back. They should have given me the pizza for free, because after I tell them I don’t want it, it goes where? Oh yeah, in the trash. I left with just the one pizza. Less than ten minutes later, I was at my destination, and lo and behold, the pizza was not hot. The cheese was already congealed, and there was barely any warmth coming from the pizza. Seriously, this is the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and consider supporting a pizza place that actually cares about their customers’ experience.

Another fine local pizza establishment. The staff is on the ball, the pizza is usually ready in 15 minutes. The pizza is New York style, thin crust, crispier than most New York style from what ive seen. An extra large cheese comes out to around $ 14. They DO get busy at times, cant fault them for being popular as another reviewer did. All in all will add to my Pizza rotation! Parking can get a bit hairy, its a small lot shared with a few businesses, so groups best carpool!
