Burger King

I continue to have problems with this Burger King! My orders are continuously wrong, my onion rings are ALWAYS cold, whoever cooks is HEAVY HANDED with the salt to where I’ve begun ordering fries with no salt and they continue to PUT SALT on my fries! It’s on the damn bag ticket!
The management team is astoundingly inept at their jobs, with one barely speaking enough English to have a conversation with me about her attitude towards me and how she was denying my coupon for a meal! I had used the same kind of coupon the previous day and she told me they didn’t take those or have mustard whoppers!!! WHAT???
I detest this location and the owners, who have now made it a rule to their employees to hand them ketchup packets and napkins at the first window instead of putting them in the bag –_​_​_​_​_​–

Typical BK, I have found over the years their quality has dropped off pretty substantial in general.
Has far this location it was fast and friendly, the food came as requested which is about what I would have hoped for
The Halloween Wopper was just a Wopper but fun, sad thing is the patties have become so small you can’t even tats the meat any longer.

Pretty good location the dining room was clean I placed my order with the young lady she was very nice and helpful she assured me that it was ok to order a burger for breakfast and I wouldn’t have to wait very long for it, well she didn’t lie as I was trying to get ketchup and napkins before I could sit down she called my number The food was hot and fresh I enjoyed the A1 mozzarella burger it was really good thanks BK

How many times did you end up getting a burger that looks very different from the ad? So in my case, that is the norm. It is usually, thin, flat, burger. (: Where is that thick juicy burger? So I asked the Burger King at Kirby to create the exact sandwich as what I see on the right. And this is what I got is the left. Not bad, because I did not add the bacon and cheese to my Texas Burger. So the job is well done. The guy working behind the counter was smiling and it did take longer than usual to get it prepared. Well done BK ! Now you know, you can do it. You just have to ask. See the picture in the picture section.

Tree Killers. The owner’s brother killed all the trees at the Wendy’s down the street. Will never eat here again.

Burger King is what it is pretty much anywhere you go, but what I like about this location is the pleasant staff. I come by for a frozen Coke on the way home from work (it’s Houston in the summer so it’s usually in the 100s temperature-​wise), and I can always get a smile from the employee at the window. That means a lot in service these days.
