I only rated a 1 star because I had to, otherwise I wouldn’t have rated anything. This place is so rude and the manager Mary can’t even speak English very well. They let people cut in the drive thru and have no consideration for the people who order the right way and wait their turn. The only thing the manager kept saying is that the person just wanted to order a shake. That does not make up for having to wait for some one that cut in front of us.

Like others who’ve reviewed this location, if I could give this review zero stars, I would. I don’t live far from this location. They always get orders wrong. Their intercom for the drive-​thru blows and always has something wrong with it. Also, the ICEE machine almost never works. Most, if not all, of the staff is rude. Felicia, who has been there for years and I think is the manager now, is probably the rudest and most unfriendly person ever. When we initially approached her, she automatically had the mostly unfriendly, unpleasant disposition. She clearly shows favoritism to customers… Me and my family witnessed this first hand when an attractive male approached her right after we ordered. She was all smiles then. What the hell?

I gave this location five stars because of my girl Felicia. She works the early morning shift. She’s always pleasant & she knows how I like my oatmeal. She makes it perfect.

I have never had a good experiance here and it stinks because I like bk and this the the closest one to my house. I can honestly say I dont go to bk simply because the one closest and most convenient is the worst one ive ever been to.
