This place is pretty horrible. I ordered some breaded shrimp and fries. The fried shrimp was burnt, the fries were bland, and the cashier was rude. Never again.

Excellent freshly made to order home style burgers!!! Décor could use some major updating but other than that I love this place. I have never had anything but their burgers so can’t comment on the seafood.

I live in the neighborhood and have been coming here for years. It’s the best cheap fast food burger joint around this neighborhood and better than the nearby Burger King (in my opinion). Sure there are better burgers out there, but for the price and if you’re nearby it, why not try it. Simple menu. They have great egg rolls and seasoned fries. I typically order the seasoned fries over their original fries that come with a meal. Relatives of mine recommend the chicken fried steak burger, but I prefer a plain cheeseburger at burger joints since I don’t really care for chicken fried steak.

Not the best burgers, but for a quick stop and great price. It’s not bad. I payed $ 6 for a chesseburger combo, drink included. I wish the arcades would work thou. They have a Galaga arcade, but it wasn’t powered. The owner is also friendly. Check it out.

Dixie Maid is a great «mom and pop» type restaurant that serves burgers, seafood, ice cream, and shakes. I have had many burgers there and have recently tried their «Fish and Chips» plate. The fish was fried to perfection; no excess grease or batter, just crispy fish awesomeness. The fries, both regular and seasoned, are wonderfully crispy as well. The burgers are great if you are looking for an alternative to a typical fast food burger. The menu features a variety of foods to please any customer. I would recommend stopping by if you are in the area.
