Jesus is the best ever, he has great recommendations and a fabulous personality! Great food and awesome melt down margarita! I would recommend coming here and asking for Jesus! The manager was a doll too, making sure everything was up to par!

Shrimp tostadas on the happy hour menu. Yeah, black bean, shrimp, fresh avocado, and feta cheese with a smokey — sweet glaze… and decent house margaritas, good enough to wash your day away, and leave plenty in the wallet to do it again tomorrow!

Amazing patio to spend your evening, good happy hour menu, look for Orlando he was our server, good recommendations, plus SM Gonzalo is an amazing host, he was considered of or time and experience, thumbs up for these two, thank you for making our evening a pleasant one.

The fajitas are awesome but the service really made it great. Karla was so cute and bubbly. I would go back just to see her! The margaritas are pretty good too. My boyfriend said the beef fajitas are the best he’s ever had!

I dropped 55 freaking dollars on two terrible margaritas and a plate of quesadillas. And
those were happy hour prices. Went there for a drink and a snack before our movie and figured since we had a 2+ hour movie before driving might as well go for the premium giant sized 20oz margaritas. They brought it out and it was sickeningly sweet corn syrup soup, doubt it had a drop of real lime. And I could taste any tequila either.
Complained to waitress who said it was just a half ounce of tequila (for 16 freaking dollars each?!?). Sent it back and replacements were still big giant ripoff but at least they had some tequila in them. They put on their menu how many awards these margaritas won including in Houston Press. I don’t believe it one bit. It was either a different drink or they stuffed the ballot box!
Quesadilla was adequate even though they didn’t know they were supposed to cut it into triangles. I thought it was an omelet when they brought it out. I won’t be back.

I previously frequented the café Adobe when it was on westheimer. Since it closed 2 years ago, I have not been to café Adobe. Our favorite server, Mark, was the best. On a whim we decided to go to the Katy fwy Adobe and Mark was working! Omg! Our service was incredible and mark remembered our favorite meals and beverages. He is attentive and was so nice! We love Mark and will come out to the Katy Adobe again just because he is a magnificent employee and because we love the spinach enchiladas!

This place is a mess. Holy cow. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this place was unacceptable. First, they forgot one of the things we ordered… Ok, we let it slide. Next they messed up 2 of our food orders. Alright, we let that go too. Next they totally messed up our checks. We gave them 3 cards– somehow they ended up charging one card twice and only put $ 3 on the other. What? We asked for the manager and he also seemed clueless. They didn’t offer us any solution to this problem. Not even an apology. Honestly the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I would never, ever frequent this establishment again. 0 stars if possible.

Pretty good Mexican food. Out of all the food choices in the Marqe, I highly recommend this restaurant for a good time, good food, and great vibes. Came here for the first time on a movie date and sat on the patio. There’s fans outside to keep you cool in the Houston heat. We had the lunch special since we made it in the nick of time and I’m glad that we did. It was a great special and we got a whole lot of food worth the money. I had the beef fajitas for one lunch special and it came with plenty meat, sides, and tortillas; hence this is still lunch special.
Very surprised in the quality of food and the overall atmosphere. Great choice. Definitely will be worthwhile to come back and enjoy the day/​weather and just people watch/​bask in the enjoyment of the day.
P.S they have margarita flights on special, pretty cool!

A decent place right next to the movie theater. Definitely not the best Mexican I’ve ever had and there are plenty of better places in Houston. The décor is cool and the food is decent, but the service is a bit questionable. The staff is very nice, but they just aren’t very good. My girlfriend loves the salsa because it isn’t very hot. It is flavorful, but for me, I need some spice and this has very little. A mediocre place to get Mexican overall. I would definitely return because it wasn’t a bad experience, but I wouldn’t seek out this place in general again. The service was fairly slow, so don’t expect to get in and out quickly before a movie because it absolutely won’t happen.

I just don’t understand why I keep forgetting to never come back to this location. It is INCREDIBLY overpriced and so unbelievably mediocre.
The margaritas during happy hour earn it the two stars. That’s it. They are cheap and a few will mess you up big time so that’s a great value. But then you get tipsy and end up ordering 6 pieces of nachos for $ 10 and you regret that decision the moment it arrives.
The next time I check in here, someone in my friends list better message me to remind me to run in the opposite direction. Please.

I have visited this location many times and enjoy my visit every time. The parking is very easy and plenty of it. Service is always great and as far as the food I always try something different and I have yet to be disappointed. The lunch menu is good and not too much food. I last had the seafood enchiladas and they were excellent. Service was very good and the overall meal for two of us was a bit on the high end this last time $ 45 with no alcohol. I did not pay so not sure why it was so high. I plan on visiting again and pay closer attention to the bill. Because we both ordered off the lunch menu and did not have any alcohol nor special request.

I don’t have much to say here. We have tried this place several times (each time because we are waiting for a movie or comedy show to start), and each time when we leave I say the same thing; «let’s remember not to go back there again.»
The food is usual tex-​mex but is dry and unimpressive. They claim their margaritas are rated best in Houston. I have yet to figure out who is rating them, because they are not anything near the best. I have tried the least expensive as well as top-​shelf — none were good enough to order a second round.
The service was good.
Would I return — NO
Would I recommend — NO
