Terrible communication, feel mislead and lied to. Beware of this «Authorized Retailer», it is not an actual Verizon Store even though it looks like it. They will not own up to their mistakes. Had the run around for over a month and at the end, «nothing they can do» even though we were lied to. Terrible experience with Verizon because of them. I would have never switched from AT&T if I knew this is how we would be treated. Terrible way to do business.
