I cannot say more good things about this place. I recently rented a light yellow dress which retailed in $ 300+. Wore it to work and me being good olé me I got chili oil all over it before I even made it pass 9AM. And this is not Tabasco or sriracha we’re talking about here people. This stuff will latch on and not go anyyywherr. Palm, meets face. Went to the bathroom and no matter how much I washed it, the stain would not budge at all. So I searched the closest dry cleaner around work, and Unilocal brought me here. I was already accepting the fact that I will need to buy this dress due to the damages because I thought there is no way anyone would get that stain out. But a girl’s gotta try right? So glad I did! Hallelujah!!! $ 300 back in my pocket. Give this place a try y’all. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

So unorganized. I have always had a great experience with them and I’m not sure if there is just new staff that isn’t trained on customer service and organization or what but it is ridiculous what I have had to go through in order to get my repairs done, done PROPERLY and even returned back to me ! I will be taking my laundry and repairs elsewhere from now on.

I got into the store and wanted to get the clothes dry cleaned. The guy at the front desk didn’t look like he wanted our business. The way he talked was so mean. He mentioned that its too costly for us to afford. He is a total racist. Stay away from this location. Instead i go to the cotton cleaners they r d best.

I don’t know how anyone could rate this place as a 5 first time in didn’t ask me for delivery outrageously priced! Environmentally friendly dry cleaning what the heck is that and what I want to pay 3 dollars for one shirt?.. turns out there affiliated with Men’s Wearhouse now I understand why they suck so bad

They removed the red wine from my white pants. My clothes don’t smell like they’ve been to the cleaners. They’re very helpful and very, very nice. Although it does cost more than other cleaners, it’s worth it.

MW Cleaners: what would I do without you? I’d have to figure out how to launder my clothes without harmful chemicals, wash/dry them, press them and THEN put them on a hanger! And only for about $ 2 a shirt. Yes, this seems expensive, at first. Then you figure that some little Chinese lady is probably slaving over that shirt in a sweat shop, with perchlorate all over her, with cancer, and 10 starving kids at home, just so you can save that $ 1 per shirt at another store. No thanks — I like to think that some responsible person is laundering my shirt with cleaning materials that are not going to turn some frog in a disposal basin into a 5 eyed freak in 2 years. MW cleaners uses responsibly clean detergents and claims they are non-toxic. I don’t really want to eat my shirt to prove that point, but I’ll believe them. I’m all for being as green as possible(gasp for some people, I know!). Really, we don’t need to be polluting our environment just for the sake of convenience — and that is where MW really earns my money. They really do seem to care. They are quick to get your shirts/pants pressed and returned to you within a day or so. I must second Anthony B’s review that the shirts come back as actually WEARABLE, instead of 4 pounds of starch sprayed into them — they actually FEEL nice. Not to mention, if you sit down, the shirt isn’t immediately wrinkled — it just folds nicely and doesn’t «crinkle» if you move. Yes, they do deliver and pickup(for the same price, FYI), but as someone has already posted: I don’t want to come home to find out someone has stolen my clothes. So, I just drop them off, and 2 days later, I pick them up on the way home. No, it doesn’t take them 2 days, its just the timing of when I drop off/pick up. Overall, this place is awesome, friendly, GREEN and does a great job cleaning your clothes in an environmentally friendly way without the expense of a Al Gore carbon credit-based tax :)

This local outlet of the MWCleaners chain(owned by the same folks who own Men’s Warehouse stores) is a standout in service. The staff at this former Nesbitt’s Cleaners is friendly and helpful. The cleaning services are very good quality, especially my shirts which come back NOT looking like they’ve been steam –stomped in a 3,000 lb press after being folded by armless troglodytes, with enough starch to repel bullets in a drive-by shooting in east L.A. They laundered a dark cotton-blend shirt without pressing the shoulders into rock hard shiny pads most recently seen worn by the evil Joan Collins in the ‘80s soap Dynasty. I’ve had button repairs done on defects I did not notice, as opposed to other cleaners which seem to make a specialty out of slicing button threads down to the number of fibers needed to hold the shirt together until 5 minutes before your most important job interview. I hate it when you sneeze and buttons from your shirt ricochet across the room. Interviews go poorly when you force the hiring manager to dive under their desk. My only suit was nicely cleaned and hung, with a special broad shoulder hanger instead of just the wire, and did not seem to smell of dry-cleaning stench. Since this suit is an expensive Jones New York, I was happy that it wasn’t churned in a cement mixer then ironed by the same prehistoric cave dweller that did my shirts at other cleaners. The staff at this store always tips me off when a coupon offering goes out, and they always offer and would deliver the finished clothes but it’s easier for me to pick it up on my way home. I have visions of coming home to find a bunch of empty hangers in the trees, and the lawn mower guy trimming my lawn nattily dressed in a nice Jones NY suit and J.A.Banks tailored shirt…
