To be short and brief, my mother banks with chase bank and she needed to go through the drive thru at this location since it was near. She had her deposit slip filled out prior to arriving. When we got there (the drive thru) no one greeted her, the whole transaction was silent. No one said thank you or is there anything else that I can help you with etc. It’s a shame that people can be so rude while handling folks money is unacceptable. This location is in the hood so it’s to be expected but still there’s this thing called customer service, and if these people don’t want to work or whatever the reason … another person like me would be glad to have that job. smh
