Sonic

This place doesn’t even deserve a star horrible horrible service. The lanes stay long and some of the staff members have attitudes when they don’t answer the intercom and you drive around to place your order. This sonic should be shut down or get new staff something needs to change.

I’ve visited this location about 5 times and never have I received my ordered in an acceptable amount of time.
Yesterday, I pushed the red button and waited 15 minutes– no one responded to take my order. I tried on another ordering station and received no response yet again.
Even when I do successfully place an order, it doesn’t usually come out accurately. Most recently, I ordered a drink with zero ice, but it came out filled to the brim with ice.
I suggest visiting another Sonic since this one is understaffed with overworked employees.

This is the worst sonic I’ve ever been to. I don’t know if it’s understaffed or the manager doesn’t care, but if you go expect to be waiting there 20+ minutes to order, pay, and get your food.
When you actually get your order it’s about a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance it’s correct. If it’s wrong you will feel so defeated and just decide to eat it instead of waiting another 20 minutes to get the correct thing.

Worse sonic I been into. Don’t get me wrong, the food is great but the service and wait sucks. I was in line for the drive thru and it took the lady 20mins to talk through the intercom. They randomly say they are not serving food anymore and just drinks. I am done with this place. Needs new management

Everytime I come here, I sit in the car for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Compared to the sonics in different areas this place is way to slow! One time I waited for a good 20mins and yhe intercom never even go on yo tske my order. Waited anoyher good 15 mins for them and just left. If you are watching a movie in the car this is the sonic for you

I love their Chicago dog. The franchise got that flavor down! Nothing special about this location overall. Delivers as is.

Worst sonic I’ve ever been too. I wish the corporate level could see this. Food took about 15 mins. Came out cold and the burger had a funky taste. I asked for mayo no pickles … I got mustard and pickles. Then I asked for ketchup when she brought my food. She says it should be in there. Well I checked and it wasn’t. Her attitude just said she didn’t want to go get it. I would’ve sent my food back but who knows what they would’ve done next time. Gross gross food here.

Avoid. The ordering process was ridiculous. The person was being intentionally difficult with letting me choose what condiments I wanted on the burger. Then they charged me for a drink I never ordered. Worst Sonic experience I’ve had.

Overall for a Sonic, this was not too bad.
Stuck on campus at UH for a while, needing to get out, I hopped in the car at the first chance I got and started driving. I drove by Frenchy’s *wave fondly* and kept driving past Thelma’s *wave fondly* and I ended up taking a right on OST @ Scott. And what do I see? Sonic.
Sure, I could use a shake. A pineapple shake. So I got one.
14oz sounds big … but its a tiny cup. Treat yourself to the 20oz so you can feel like a big, large and in charge American. Not one of them Euros.
Service was a bit slow, but the dude bringing me the drink was nice, so that made up for having to sit there playing with my iPhone when I would rather be doing something else besides chilling out in a parking lot on OST.

Good drinks, long wait. Nice staff. Drive thru is much quicker!
