Very poor service and take a very long time to serve what I consider insubordinate food. Really recommend you make the trip to the next closest chain as you do not want to ruin your whatburger experience.

Whataburger hit the spot today while we were out on our travels. This is a decent location surrounded by many other fast food offerings, so clearly competition is the name of the game here. We opted to go into the lobby and eat inside. Many of the reviews for this location are about a negative drive through experience; our dine-in lunch was very positive, though. Staff was very friendly and attentive; interior was clean and well maintained; our food was delivered to us promptly and cordially; restrooms were also in good condition. In my opinion, this is a nicely run Whataburger.

I am a fan of all whataburger locations. The food is always good and cooked to order. I have never had problems with cold french fries, icy drinks, and etc. I always get my money worth.

First it’s a long wait in the drive through. Then no napkins no straw no ketchup and the lady slammed the doors on me before I could ask if they were in the bag. I wasn’t about to go inside though. My food was cold also. I will just keep bringing my lunch from home. Not worth $ 8.00.

As noted there is a new address for this restaurant, now 3624OST, now they need new management and staff. This was the worst Whataburger experience I have ever had and my wife and I love Whataburger. From the moment I tried to order at the drive-thru things were bad. The lady taking orders didn’t speak clearly, there was so much background noise in the form of laughing and horseplay it was distracting. I moved up and got to the window and paid. I promptly got my two drinks and then I waited, and waited and waited, and they were not busy. One car behind me and three cars in the parking lot at 10:30 on a Sunday morning. Then it got worse. I got home in about five minutes to find cold food and stale, tough buns on my BOBs. Terrible after having to wait so long, obviously the wait wasn’t to allow them to prepare fresh, hot food. This location was new to us due to a move across town but our old location was further away and we never got home with just warm, much less cold food. Genuinely disappointed and unhappy.

Had no problems here. I come to this location. Every time I come home. They always get my order right. Line gets long but they keep it running smooth. I always do the drive thru so I can’t speak for the lobby but no complaints here.

The food was great just like any other Whataburger. The only thing that bothered me was the poor services from the employees on shift. They were very rude through the drive thru speaker and didn’t seem pleased to see us once we pulled up to the drive thru window. It’s the kind of unwanted presence that makes you uncomfortable.

I love Whataburger, have my whole life. However this location is a poor excuse of the wonderful burger chain I grew up eating. I have frequented this location 4 times. Most recently right at this moment as I sit in the drive through line that moves slower than a dog with one leg. I could understand a slow drive through line on occasion due to new employees or lack of but every time I visit this Whataburger I sit in line for 20 minutes plus and swear never to return. Unfortunately this is the closeted one to my house and I crave Whataburger often. The customer service is also atrocious, the drive through order taker has been rude to me 3 of my 4 trips for no apparent reason. I was also rudely told to pull forward while I was already in the process of doing so as if I was refusing to comply. The food is often lackluster and seems like little effort was put into its preparation. It hurts me that the establishment I love so dearly could be run so poorly and hopefully this time I have finally learned my lesson and will not return.

This location is very convenient and clean BUT! It takes at least 25 – 30 min to order your food because the drive thru is so slow! The people there are so unprofessional and HOOD that i just drive 10 min further and go to the location on s. Main near NRG… I’ll just say expect to wait and if ur really hungry only go between the hours of 5am-3pm other than that ur gonna wait for a long ass time

New facility, very clean. The drive-thru is strange though. I went to the outside lane to order and I had to pull up to a sign and they came out to my car to give me my food and pay, similar to Sonic. I’d never experienced this at a Whataburger, but nevertheless the Patty Melt always delivers!
