Probably the worst McDonald’s in this area. Occasionally they’ll get your order right, but they are so stingy and rude! Just now I asked the gal at the window for, and I quote«lots of ketchup» and she handed me 3 packets. When I asked for more, she gave me ONEMORE. As ridiculous as this seems, it’s very frustrating for a customer that’s just trying to get their food and get out. They’re not losing out on money for giving me as much of a certain condiment as I’d like, so if I ask for a lot of ketchup to go with my order, JUSTGIVEITTOME. Geez.

The service is ok. If you can get to the counter and not be harassed by the panhandling street people. Management simply looks the other way. The location is at least clean, but they must do better in making the paying customer feel safe and welcome. The wifi is fast. The layout of the place, while not big uses the space well. However the order area feels cramped especially when it is crowded with beggers in need of a bath. For a business that sells itself as being family friendly and safe this place drops the ball. I would be interested to know if it is a franchise or corporate owned. This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have visited

How do people rate fast food places? Most of the time no one really sits here, so this review is for their service and speed. I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now, Tuesdays to be specific and the cashiers are very friendly. When they notice that more people are coming in, they will open another register. Excellent! They are so quick, I pay and within 2 minutes my food is out! Excellent again! Breakfast meals come with coffee, so upgrading to orange juice is going to cost a bit more. Good job McDonalds.

2 cookies for $ 1. That just blows! Great looking place though!

McDonalds is a classic. This location is super fast and I love that but their location such M-F 4−6pm. I’m becoming quite fond of these grilled chicken snacker wraps.

If I had to use a contemporaneous metaphor for this McDonald’s, I’d say that this branch was the iPad of the Golden Arches. Rather than standing in line at the Apple Store today* trying to get one of those things, I stood in line(So excited to be second!) for a sausage burrito($ 1, off of the eponymous«Dollar Menu») and a small coffee(also $ 1). This branch is a newer template: dark wood cabinets, a couple of rows of stool seats and high tables, and a more squared-off vibe. It is a nice addition to the gentrifying-but-still-rough area at OST and Scott, just south of the University of Houston. The sausage burrito had chunks of sausage that reminded me of the kind off of a frozen pizza, scrambled eggs, cheese, and some diced green bell pepper. It was quite tasty and fitting for a good value for $ 1. The coffee was tasty and hot and the cheerful server got my request for 3 Equals and 2 creams in that small coffee right. Overall, this is a more upscale McD in a tough neighborhood — but I’m gratified to see it provides added tax dollars through its property taxes. And, everyone(including low-income neighborhoods) like nice things. * Am I going to get an iPad after the madding crowds leave? Nope.
