Everything was broken, the soda dispenser sprayed all over me and another customer. Had to go inside because speaker was broken. When asked to get ice the cashier Labritney had the nastiest attitude and was rude. Customer Service was abysmal.

As expensive as the chicken is, it cannot be anything less than stellar. At this location, it definitely did not meet my expectations. Luckily I had a coupon to defray the costs – BUTSTILL, I’ve tasted better and paid less. I actually planned to come to this location on my way to the salon. Parking lot is kind of small. Make sure you’ve parked all the way into the space. Otherwise the drive thru patrons might ding your ride! Decided to take out instead of drive thru to save gas. I was greeted upon entering the establishment, but the individual behind the counter was being a little difficult when I started submitting my order. My coupon was a BOGO and a 2pc meal which cost almost $ 7 bucks. I asked about the grilled chicken, which she stated they only had white meat. Cool with me, however the signage doesn’t state what pieces I get with the 2pc white, so I asked for clarification could I order all wings or get a breast/combo. She gave me looked as if my questions was confusing, which I do think it was but OK. Restating the question again, she told me that I could have all wings, but anyone knows that you lose money buying just wings, so I elected for the breast/wing combo for both meals(it would make for a great lunch the next day)! Secondly, I was asked about my sides. Well, since I’m ordering two combos and each combo has 2 sides, I asked could I have 4 separate sides. I really got a look after that question, an exasperated look of why is she making this so difficult? If I wasn’t in a career where you have to have an extreme amount of patience and had previous experience working in fast food, I might have snapped at this young lady for poor customer service, but just taking a walk in her shoes, I kept respecting her like I would want someone to do me. By the end of the order, she was at least responsive and told me to have a great day, but it could have been oh so easier than that! Nonetheless, my food just wasn’t up to par. Grilled chicken was okay, but the wings were pretty small and the chicken breast a little dry. Biscuits weren’t as savory and fluffy as I remembered – A little heavy. More like a drop biscuit than a buttermilk biscuit, which means they put too much of some ingredient in the batter. The fries were definitely fried, but a little hard for my taste. Think they had been sitting out a while too. The biggest disappointment was my fav – the macaroni and cheese. Such a letdown!!! I love mac and cheese. Could eat it everyday if I could. So me not wanting to finish eating mac n cheese is a problem. I ate about three bites and just couldn’t lose the calories on crappy mac n cheese. There was no seasoning and the cheese was not cheese. Tasted more like cheese wiz honestly poured over noodles. I’ve thought about doctoring them up to salvage the food, but I think it’s a lost cause. Green beans were okay and the mash potatoes were too, but for the price you pay for the meal, it’s not worth it at all. For the same price, you could go to Chili’s or Applebee’s and get waiter service for the same price that these meals are being asked for at KFC. I do not know who would purchase KFC at regular price, but I haven’t and I wouldn’t – especially the taste of the food that is being made. HEB is across the way; use the money on a combo to buy some groceries and cook or go somewhere else to satisfy your chicken craving.
