Chase Bank

Fairly friendly tellers and the line was moving pretty quickly.
I just found out that Chase bank charges $ 5.00 for a money order even if you are a customer here. WTF, Chase? But that’s not the branch’s issue, though; that’s Corporate greed.
Next time I won’t go out of my way to a Chase to get money order. I’ll just go to the post office. Cheaper fees.

I love people who enjoy their job, or at least make me feel like it when they are providing a service. It was a Friday afternoon, and we all know Fridays are payday for most of the world. With that comes, long lines, impatient customers, and a lot of chatter from people who want everything right now. It never fails that right when you are next a slow person or one needing more patience than you, ends up at the teller… well even though all these things are taking place, the manager handled and took care of everyone’s needs accordingly. You may say thats her job, and I agree, but it takes one that loves their job, one that appreciate their customers, and one that is in toned with there patience to handle hostile customers, confusion, and please the crowd.
Not to mention, this is a world wide establishment and you have open access to your account!
