They are working this location like a well oiled machine! 5 – 7 check out lanes running all at once. Long line that moves quick. Ordered, BAM food is out… Good job!

Sorry grandparents and other frequent customers that is loyal to this location Chick-​fil-​A aka Hair-​fil-​A. Yep, you read that right, imagine how sorry I was the morning I bought a breakfast biscuit and to my horror found a strand of hair baked into the biscuit! Barf!!! It was marinaded really good into the batch of flour, apparently very strong too because it literally held the biscuit up as I held it by it’s strand of hair. I took the hairy biscuit back to Hair-​fil-​A and showed it to the manager, her response was it properly came from the machine… yeah, yeah I think that’s it… I always wanted a machine with blonde highlights to make the breakfast at Chick-​fil-​A. Sounds futuristic and the hair must be the secret ingredient. «Would you like a replacement?» Naah, but I don’t mind meeting the blonde machine to ask it what color it uses.

Came on a Friday and of course, Chick-​fil-​A (in memorial city mall) was packed as always. It never fails. This place is always busy and hectic. Don’t get scared though. Although they look super busy, they are very quick to take your order and give you your order. I did not wait long at all. There were many lines and cashiers so there really was not much of a wait. Great service.

Great service every time. Local Owner is usually talking with customers. Great food.

Good service and good food. CFA gets their customers in and out quickly. They are good to follow up on whether you want sauce with your order. Easy fast food restaurant.

I’ve reviewed a few other Chick-Fil-A’s on Unilocal.Overall my experience with those locations are pretty positive. That is why it somewhat pains me (not really) to right my first negative review about this great fast food chain.
I have no complaints about the food. Visited many Chick-Fil-A’s across the country. The food is the most consistent thing they have going for them. Always hot and fresh. If it isn’t, they will do whatever it is to make sure you have it your way.
My gripe is the customer service at this location. It’s very unfocused. I guess with this being located in Memorial City mall, you attract mall talent as workers.
First off there is no real line definition. So people try to stand in between 2 lines to see which one moves fastest. I’m one of those people that will blow that arrangement up. Pick a line folks. No time to straddle the fence. On my last few visits the cashier taking the order has either no looked me away like Magic Johnson or just flat out ignored me when I move over to a empty line. They will look to their left down 2 – 3 registers and call someone over. Instead of calling the guest in the line to the immediate right. When someone trys to move over and gets to the line before the guest they called down, now that guest is mad.
I have mentioned this to the franchise owner twice in the past. Can’t say whether he addressed it or not. Doesn’t seem that way.
Thankfully I rarely visit the mall. So I won’t have to put up with the chaos going on in this location. Hopefully my next visit will go much smoother.

I’ve never seen so many Chick-fil-A’s in H-​town! There are establishments on every corner of almost every block in town! Not to mention in the mall, which is great and convenient!
Yes, I’ve always been a fan in Cali and this joint takes me back and makes me feel like I’m at home in good ‘ol San Diego. I usually order the Chicken strip 4-​piece meal and a Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich for the road. Might I say, my order was prepared quick, made fresh and tasted really good. Mind you, I actually had sushi across the way before grabbing a few bites from here. When it comes to food, I can really hold it down, lol.
I don’t have any gripes with this location because as I’ve mentioned in my previous reviews, if you work in the mall and want to just grab a quick bite to eat without having to drive elsewhere while fighting the heat, «mall food» would be your best bet. I’m glad they have this in the mall other than a McDonalds. Thank you Jesus.

I am a big fan of Chick-​fil-​a. They have real chicken breast sandwiches and nuggets as opposed to the processed and formed chicken that most of the other fast food places like to serve.
This location is located in the food court of the mall, and it can get pretty busy. They usually have a lot of staff working so your wait in line is very minimal.
The only drawback that I have with this chain restaurant is that they are not open on Sundays. There have been plenty of times that I have had a craving for chicken on a Sunday and have been left with no quality options.
