This location is the closest to our home, and we go there often. The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and our food is always delicious. We love to zip through the drive through, go inside to eat and play, and attend the events. Thank you for offering great service and making our experiences consistently enjoyable.

Came by here today in the drive-​thru and handed the nice employee two gift cards. The first had $ 1.51 (with the receipt providing proof) and the second had $ 10. I told him to use the first and then the $ 10 one. Unfortunately I should’ve checked my receipt before I left because when I got home I found that my second gift card had only $ 1.24 left on it (my total was $ 8.76). So basically I was ripped off and I’m definitely not happy about it.

Each time, I come there I love it. It is one of the best favorite places with fast food in Houston. I always get my food quickly and it is always fresh, they put much ingredients and the portions are not small.
The service is quick, they know all information about the dishes the restaurant suggest and can help if you hesitate and do not know exactly what to choose.
But it is not cheap for me, sometimes I can not let myself to eat there)

Table helpers are getting a little too zealous here. We were stopped mid conversation, asked if we needed anything and then informed that they accept tips. Shame on you Chickfila… either tell your people not to panhandle at the table or pay them enough so they don’t have too.

Happy customer service here this morning I’m a morning person and love to get that smile and conversation with this cup of java. It’s so refreshing and above all so nice and sincere. Keep it up Guadalupe and I don’t come here on a regular basis.

I am a fan of this location for the speedy service in the drive thru. Every time I have visited this location both drive thru lanes are open and they are always busy. Consistently yummy food and good service. Their iced coffee is pretty good. And I love the chicken minis for breakfast, and chicken sandwich or nuggets for lunch. Love their bbq sauce!

I’ve eaten here more times then I can remember. First I’ll say I’ve never had a bad experience here the food is always fresh, service always exceptional! I use the drive-​thru during lunch hours and even if I’m the 20th car in line I still get my food within 10min. I really can’t see going to any other fast food restaurants because they’ll never measure up to any chick-​fill-​a.

This is the best chic fil a ever. Customer service is consistently good. The place is always clean. Every Tuesday Honey Dew the clown is there entertaining the kids from 5 – 7 pm. One time they got my order wrong so I called and notified them and they drove all the way to my house and brought me the right order and even more food. I highly recommend this chic fil a. Also, if you are the 100th person in the drive thru, they ring a bell and your food is free!

I gave them 5 stars because the customer service is best ive seen in fast food. Ive seen these people waiting outside with umbrellas for customers when it rains. Ive seen them outside taking orders at lunch time when busy. They never forget the napkins & condiments. And IF IM NOT mistaken, they have dog treats for your canines. Just refreshing

The service is quick. My food is always freshly prepared & hot. They have the best French fries to me. The people that work here are always pleasant. I usually go through the drive thru but decided to eat in. While you are eating, someone is walking around asking if you need anything like condiments, refills, etc.

Terrible service. They rush the drive-​thru so that there is always something missing from or wrong with my order. I’ve had to drive back several times to pick up missing items! The parking is a downer but you can park in the adjacent lot and walk if needed. They need more staff to clean down the tables. The nuggets have definitely shrunk! The coffee tastes burned sometimes too. The location on Bellaire is better.

Parking here is horrible! They have their drive thru system all wrong! Major hazard for those who cannot drive properly.
As for the food, it’s really good. Their chicken strips are my favorite, they were hot crispy and delicious.

I don’t know if the chain decided to go skimpy with the breakfast burritos or not. The one I had this morning was puny and tasteless. I hope this isn’t the case with all Chick-​fil-​As. I really like to stop here whenever I’m in the area specifically for that item.

I’ve been to many Chick-​fil-​as around the city and I still find this one to be the best. It can definitely get crowded at times but they absolutely do their best to make everything fast and efficient. It’s also a plus that everyone is always really nice and not in a fake kind of way.
I’ve used them for catering and for a fundraiser selling the original chicken sandwich on multiple occasions and every time they have been very professional.
Bottom line, I have been coming here since they opened and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

This is a great place and close to my daughter’s school. The biggest downfall is that it is always busy. The opened a second lane for ordering but that really has not helped you still wait for a while, it does help with traffic control on Beechnut. I can’t fault a place for being busy that is the goal just know you will have to wait a bit for your food
