Pretty decent by CFA standards

I’ve been to this Chickfila once. I had nuggets and fries and they were good, as always. I don’t remember anything too notable about this location except that they were having some kind of kid’s pajama party night. Several adults (with their children) were wearing pajamas and that was kind of weird. Otherwise, this was just a run-​of-​the-​mill Chickfila.

I’ve never been disappointed with a chick fil a until tonight. We order our food and take our seat but I notice our table has a little dirty spot so when the guy comes with our food I ask if he can bring a rag to wipe it up. He drops the rag off and walks away… then he comes back and ask if there is anything else and we ask for chickfila sauce and they are out! Idk about you but if I would have known that before I ordered I would have walked my happy butt out the door. No one has been around to check on us since, our drinks are empty and our bellies are sad. Shame on you chickfila

My friend and I are regulars at this location because of pretty much only ONE reason: location to where we live. Other than that, this specific location skims down on service considerably.
I’ve had issues MULTIPLE times with standing awkwardly by the cashiers for several minutes waiting for my drink to be refilled (I really hate that most CFA locations don’t have soft drinks/​tea stations that are accessible to customers). Also, they simply don’t have as good of an attitude as other locations.
As far as food goes, this location is hit-​or-​miss like with most CFA locations. I typically get the grilled nuggets which are gluten-​free and typically they turn out well. On occasion, they will have too much fat on them or be on the chewy side.
If you haven’t tried CFA sweet tea already, you definitely need to. Also, I love that you can get free large water here even without buying anything, unlike at other places like Sonic where they charge you $ 0.75.
Bathrooms here have always been clean, and as far as fast food goes CFA is my go-​to place for a quick, tasty meal… Just maybe try the location off of Westheimer and S. Kirkwood – newly remodeled and service there has always been A++

Food was good, the problem with this location is the poor attitude of the employees. Cashier surly, incompetent and when I went back for my receipt he acted offended. And he got the order wrong. Will not be back.

Yummy!!! My favorite place to have lunch. They always make the Arnold palmers just right would be great if they get the orders correct but they usually mess up. I love mixing Polynesian and chic fil a sauce together it’s so delicious eat more chicken!!!

FOOD? AMAZING AS ALWAYS, but its Chick-​Fil-​A! Its supposed to have the friendliest staff of all the fast food restaurants. However, not this Chick Fila location. I have definitely felt an attitude from more than one employee there. Normally I would never write a bad review on Chick-​Fil-​A. but it is Chick Fil-​A & all other locations that I have been to are saints & treat you very kind. Definitely will be back. considering it is right next to my house, but just wondering if anyone else has felt this vibe from their staff.

I will most likely keep going to the other location nearby on Eldridge. I received 5 hashbrowns in my breakfast the other morning for a meal that I paid $ 5 for… and then they forgot the cream & sugar for my coffee also. Started my day off on the wrong side, & the drive thru girl wasnt in a good mood. Disappointing

Great service and the food is very good. Even seeing 2 rat traps in plain view at the back of the restaurant. I still got my food and will continue to go, but maybe next time be a little more careful with your rat traps and not keep them in plain view.
