Disappointing dining experience. Was served under cooked chicken nuggets. One was even pink in the middle. When I approached the cashier and manager on duty I told them about the nuggets and requested a sandwich instead. I was rudely told no, that the sandwich was a different (higher) price. They told me that they would replace the nuggets. I asked that they make sure that are done. I waited for some time and my freshly «over cooked» nuggets were delivered to me. I chose not to eat them. I am very disappointed in the quality of food and service I received at this Chick-​fil-​A. I have children, so I frequent Chick-fil-A’s all over the Houston and surrounding areas. I will not be back to this location.

This is the most unusual Chick-​fil-​A I have ever dined with! Customer service is Big here! Service is primo, if your order is not immediately ready, it is brought to your table. Smiles everywhere, excellent problem solving skills by management, too! When a hiking traveler wandered in and started panhandling, no altercation, simply compassion. A complimentary breakfast mini and coffee along with an extremely polite policy explanation and the traveling hiker stopped panhandling (me), and without disruption was on his way.
Real flowers at the table are a nice touch, too! Very inviting atmosphere. Always plentyof firemen and policemen dining and meeting.
Food is fresh and tasty! Clean dining area too.
Great community giveback programs and activities.
I recommend this restaurant at Highway 6 and Bellaire in Houston TX.

Even when the line seems long, it goes by fast. You can’t go wrong with Chick-​fil-​A. It’s the best!

For a fast food place, Chick Fil A sure knows great service. If you dine inside, they bring your order to the table instead of having you get up to go get it when your number is called. The interior is also decorated nicely and super clean! This Chick Fil A probably has the cleanest interior I’ve ever seen in a fast food place.

I cannot describe how much I love the customer service here. The last time I came, the manager opened the door and greeted me with a smile. Another time, the person who served me food put a little smile with the forks. It can take a while to get food when they are busy, but they honestly make up for it with the great customer service. Everyone is sweet and friendly and I love coming here just for that.

I’ve had lunch at this place several times, and as of yet I have no complaints. The customer service at this store is awesome, the staff greet you, services you, and bring your food to your table in a timely fashion. The place is clean, and the children’s play area is small but neat. They aren’t stingy when it comes to sauces, ketchup, etc. In fact they give you an overflow. There are always kids’ night activities going on, they constantly give back to the community. They also partcipate in the free give away promotions. The food is great, but it’s the customer service that stands out considering it’s a fast food place. My fave of course is the lemonade so so good. Big ups to. Chick fila, you rock!

Every time I visit this location I receive exceptional service. They are always willing to accommodate the client in the best way possible. I chose to pick up a sandwich post workout in the am and they were more than willing to cook a grilled chicken for me instead of the usual fried chicken breakfast sandwiches. The mgr was very professional & kind to oblige my request. Love this spot!

SLOWEST LOCATION EVER!!! They always have a long slow moving line. I only experience this at this location! SMH

This is the by far the Slowest one I have been too; in Houston. They run it like McDonalds… If that’s the case McDonalds would be better. They seem lost with orders, and where they need to go. No wifi … Okay 1990’s restaurant… Get with the program.

Chick-​fil-​A. Having this place close to home is a blessing. Image customer service here is phenomenal. I wish this place has people to take your order outside like it used to be. It would eliminate some bad reviews or people getting wrong orders over to the people taking orders.
They have a small outdoor play area and while my kids were playing they were approached by an employee and asked if everything was ok. I thought that was very nice and appreciated the short but sweet visit and concern for my wee ones. Although this playground was small the kids stayed out there for 15+ min in 38 degree weather.
The food was hot and tasted good. The fries were okay but to me tastes better with the chick-​fil-​A sauce.
It’s only 22 cents to upgrade to the larger drink and fries but in my humble opinion the size they serve will fill you up if you eat slow.

Still to this day the best chick-​Fil-​A is the one off of Holcomb and buffalo speedway near the med center.

Ordered through drive thru, Came up to the window to pay, my order was completely wrong, told them the right order, waited a bit then when it was handed to me it was still wrong. During this whole time the employees were cursing/​yelling at each other. Waited a bit more finally got the right order. I was there for about 10mins. did drive thru for quicker service but I think I’ll go inside next time.

This place is a class act!!! They are busy all the time. however they deliver a quality product with a smile. I have never had a problem here.Thanks.

This is the closest Chick Fil A to the house and I have never had a problem here. Often the mascot is there and comes around and plays with the kids. The only issue is the traffic coming or going, as it is right off Highway 6 but we’ve never had any problems at this location and the staff is always pleasant.

By far one of the slowest in Houston don’t even try to go if your pressed for time in the morning. Drive through only had like 1 person working, at least that person was nice. I’ve gone in and gotten food and come out before the drive thru even moved they are backwards faster inside than outside.

Still a solid good location but my favorite is the greatwood one because it is more spacious and new plus the lines don’t seem to be as bad. Hwy 6 traffic during the holiday sucks.

The drive thru person was hard of hearing. When I arrived at the window the casket Tony was nice was all smiles.
The entire meal was what I expected however the waffle fries were not fresh but room temperature, believe me I was surprised.
The Sunday for .99 was yummy. This my second time last Saturday eating at this place I had to see what all the rave was.

One of my favorite Chick-Fil-A’s. It’s always a great experience when I walk in to see the same employees as last time ready to recite my order like it were theirs. Great customer service and delicious fries and chicken sandwiches. Be sure to dip some of those fries in their Polynesian sauce.

Food is great as always, but they have an outdoor play area. In this Texas heat that just won’t do.
