Stood at host stand for 10 min. They were not busy but now I see why. Wait staff looked at us several times but no one came forward to seat us. Walked out and went to Applebee’s which was 5 – 6 miles away.

I have been to this location 3 times and I was highly satisfied each visit. I have no complaints. The waiters were very nice and quick. Food was excellent. I have order to go a few times as well and food was ready time promised.

This is one of my least favorite Chilis location. Service is usually horrible. Came here a few months ago and was seated by the hostess. waited and waited and waited. got a servers attention and told us to hold on. Decided to wait 5 more mins and still no one came to the table so we walked out. Since then i never really wanted to come back but my sister wanted too eat here so we went again. Our waitress gave is our food and then never checked up on us again. My cup we empty most of the night and had to get her attention for refills.

our meal took forever to come. it was just my husband and I, we ordered a club sandwich and a hamburger. When it finally came it was clear it sat under a heat lamp or something because the bun on burger was dried out and the club sandwich was dried out too. The avacado on the sandwich was brown!

First time getting takeout and I ordered the salmon from the light menu. It looks NOTHING like the photo. It was like they just threw it across the room and it landed in the container. The rice was such a small amount, it was like most of it didn’t make it in. The salmon was a thin little patty, nothing like the thick piece of meat on the pic. Definitely not worth the $ 14 price!

Save yourself the pain. I used to eat here all of the time as it is by my house but the service and food have gone downhill. It’s terrible. Service is ridiculously slow.

First off, I’m a fan of Chili’s and always have liked their food/drinks. This location is not up to the standard level for Chilis. I’ve had grilled chicken here and it was cooked but watery covered. I had salmon tonight and it was overcooked and crispy on the bottom. The rice was hard and undercooked… How do you not cook rice correctly and claim that you’re a restaurant??? Service was great but the food was not up to normal expectations.

Tonight reminded me why we don’t come here very often, especially on a Friday night but we were in the mood for a good salad which Chili’s has. We were told there’s 15 –20 minute wait for a table. 20 minutes later, people that came in after us were seated before us. We were seated when I asked why that happened. I ordered chicken enchilada soup & a house salad combo. Brought me chili instead of the soup I ordered but I was like okay I’ll eat the chili since I’ve never tried it before. By the time(15 minutes) I got the crackers I asked for, the chili was cold so I sent it back. Took 10 minutes for tea refill. Tried their new cinnamon roll dessert. Don’t try it. Worst cinnamon rolls we’ve ever had. Very dry & little flavor. Very little icing or cinnamon. I’ve had better cinnamon rolls out of a can. 2 stars for the salad but that’s not enough to come back.

Used to eat here at least once a week for lunch. This past weekend I placed a to go order which was around $ 50. Was getting things to snack on throughout the day and the next so I wouldn’t have to leave the house again. Anyways, realized the next morning that I didn’t receive the Spinach queso dip I ordered. Called to speak to a manager & was asked if I’d call the night before. Manager got on the line and asked the same question. I had my receipt, told him I’d just noticed since everything I ordered was for myself and didn’t eat it all at once. He said he wasn’t really sure what he could do since I hadn’t called immediately but he got my number and said he’d speak to the person that rang me up and call me back. He named the wrong server and hung up. I called back and said according to my receipt it was a different person, he said that I was correct and same thing, he’d see if she remembered not giving me the item and call me back. Believe his name was Joey… still waiting for that phone call. Decided instead of calling him back I just won’t eat here ever again. Even if he’d called to say she didn’t remember, whatever. As a manager, follow through. Not like I was saying something more expensive was missing. ***side note, ordered the fajita trio and only liked the chicken. Shrimp were meh, beef completely disgusting. Not sure what it was seasoned with but awful(which I didn’t even mention on the call. Just wanted to be reimbursed for the 1 thing I didn’t receive).

Don’t waste your money. My Hubbie and I decided to come here after date night and immediately greeted with horrible service from the hostess not to mention sat us at a dirty table even though clean tables were a available all around. The couple seated after us asked for a clean table and she refused them the clean table. The waiter was nice but extremely rushed, even though he was only working two tables? stay clear horrible service.

The wait time was a little long. The waitress messed up on my order and it took 10 minutes or more before ever came back to my table to check on us. My friend was almost finished eating. The restaurant smells like stale cigarette smoke, because they allow people to smoke in the bar.

This is the worse Chili’s! We got dirty cups, slow service, and one of the meals was brought after everyone finished eating. The manager was rude and did nothing about it. Oh and the hostess was slamming things and had a bad attitude.

This Chilis was awful. We got there and the hostess was rude and slammed menus and silverware on the table. Then we get cups dirty with slime in the inside of them, when we told the manager, she said there was nothing she could do about it, we just wanted clean cups. Then we ordered our food, it took about 45 min for it to get to our table but one of the meals was never inputted and by time it was cooked everyone else had finished eating. The manager was useless. We will never go back to any of the Chilis in Houston, they all suck bad. We were charged $ 80 for extremely bad service. Never again!

Went here today with my girlfriend for dinner. I just moved into the area and had been looking for a familiar place to eat. I would say this is one of the best Chili’s I have been too. The food been really good and the service has been good however there is room for improvement. Needless to say I will be eating here again in the future.

Wait wasn’t 15 mins as they said. More like 7. Waiter Curtis was nice. Floor is dirty. But they bussed the tables very quickly. He crouched down to eye level to take order. I appreciate that. Drinks were out lightning fast. Fried pickles took 9 minutes to come out. They were super hot! And nice too. He forgot to bring out appetizer plates with them. He brought them A minute later. :) he has a sense of urgency about him And moves briskly about serving others. He didn’t ask me upon his return if we liked the pickles. At 7 minutes later he picked picked up dishes. Again so nice and warm asking son if wanted to keep the ranch for his remaining two pickles. Called him Buddy. He appears genuinely cordial and not plastic. I can hear kitchen talk from here. Maintaining professional talk yet joking like friends. It’s taken more than fifteen minutes to get fried pickles. Restaurant is fairly full. Saw manager walking by. Not really making eye contact with folks though. Curtis swung by to tell us about six minutes ago food will be out soon.. It’s now been 22 mins. Still no food. Working up an appetite for sure. Food arrived. I could have sworn I ordered the chicken enchiladas but I got chicken quesadilla which were oolorless and dry. What a boring menu option. Waiter said it would take 30 minutes to get another plate cause they were so busy. He offered to bring guacamole I asked for pico de gallo. He compt it. Son liked his food. Crispy chicken tacos. The bean and rice serving is so small in comparison to other restaurants. Maybe half a cup of beans. every time I come to this restaurant no matter where it’s located the services is good but not the food. I have tried about five or six times I think I officially give up. Service is consistent everywhere I go but the food is always sub par to all the ones that I have been to. Again great staff. Mediocre food. Curtis was super efficient and nice. I think I keep trying because the service is always good.

Where in the hell are the managers in this place. A drunk in bar, yelling at total strangers about God, divorce and crap people did not walk in wanting to hear. This was more stressful than the workday. Again where are the managers today? Most places would ask the drunk to leave!

I’d say this location is a hit or miss. I’ve been to this location 4 times before leaving a review. I’d say my review is fair for the amount of times I ordered my food at this location. I always order the Classic Sirloin 6oz with sauteed mushrooms. As for sides I always get loaded mash and mash potatoes with gravy or the appetizer plates. I really love Chili’s Southwest eggrolls and Nachos. The Classic Sirloin steak is usually a hit with a rating of 4⁄5. My recent visit the food wasn’t up to par. I ordered the dinner for two and ordered the usual Classic sirloin and it was okay. Both steaks were ordered as medium rare but only one was medium rare. The other steak came out to be more on the well-done side. This time around the sauteed mushrooms lacked flavor.
