Ordered the 2 for $ 20 meal. It took 48 minutes to get our order. While I was gone to find out what happened to her I will order the waitress shows up and tells my husband that it’s on the way. The ribs were very dry overcooked my burger the bottom bun was hard as a rock and the french fries were as though they had been sitting a while. While we were waiting the waitress never asked if we needed anything, any more salsa or guacamole or even a discount to make up for the time we spent waiting for our meal. This happened June 16th, 2016 at 8:30. Don’t try it.

I’m not really a chain restaurateur but my family wanted to take me here for my birthday. I enjoyed the carnitas tacos and the el Nino margarita at the suggestion of our very attentive waitress, Christina. Excellent night Christina!

Service was super slow. Crying kids everywhere. My receipt was blanked when we submitted our payment. It was terrible, the food was ok.

Can we say ghetto??? I usually don’t eat at places like chilis or Applebee’s because the food is so processed(like many other places, but I try to eat at places with fresh food) anyway I had a 25 dollar gift card I received from work so I decided to use it today and save some money. Well I places my to go order and was told 15mins. I made it there on time and had to sit and listen to the staff cursing up a storm(fuck this and fuck that, you a hoe) and loud laughter for an additional 15 mins while I wait for my food that was not ready. It was so unorganized and unprofessional. Ugh luckily I used a gift card or I would have been even more mad. The food also made me sick(I had the chicken salad)

The other reviews are correct. This place is stinky! I also got a glass of wine with lip marks on it. Ugh! I’m paying you good money for wine and food, the least you could do is wash my wine glass properly. I would have drank it with a straw but I just said forget about it. Not a well run restaurant. They need some help.

One star for the understanding manager. We came in on a slow Friday night due to the bad thundering weather. I was iffy about coming here because I read the reviews on this location, but I was craving chilis and it’s the closest location. We arrived to a friendly hostess which told us to wait while she seats the customers who came before us. The manager walked by and saw us standing at the door and asked if we been helped. We told him yes we are waiting for the hostess to come back. Anyways we were seated infront of this iPad looking thing. Since we have not been to chilis in over a year, we asked our horrible horrible waitress what it was. She looked at the hostess and pointed at us and said«show them». I immediately felt a bad impression of our waitress and told my husband. He just shrugged it off and we looked on as the hostess explains. Ummm I might be wrong which I’m sure I’m not, but isn’t my waitress supposed to answer my questions instead of having the hostess, whose job is to seats me, answers them? Whatever, I let that slide. So we ordered our food and chatted while our one year old eats the chips from our chips and queso, that we ordered. This is where the most horrible experience of restaurant dining came in. The waitress came with our fried pickles and picked up two pieces of chips that my toddler dropped on the floor and said«ok don’t make a mess, because I have to clean this up» … Isn’t that your freaking job ?!? I have never, and I mean NEVER been to a restaurant where a waitress tells me to not make a mess. That’s your job! And we are paying for your services, including picking up our mess. And we didn’t make any mess, our son only dropped 2 pieces of chips on the floor, big deal ! He’s a baby! His motor skills aren’t all developed yet. That ruined our whole dining experience. My husband and I ate in silence and had mad faces the entire meal. I felt very very disrespected. And it was rude !. The food was amazing though, everything was cooked to perfection. After we paid, we voiced our complain to the manager and he totally understands. He was shocked when we told him what she said, he even replied«what ??? She actually said that ?» … Never coming back here. I hope she changes that attitude of hers. While dining I was eaves dropping on her convo, she asked the hostess«did that table leave?». When the table was hers. The hostess replied«did the table leave? Huh?». And our waitress said under her breath«you were supposed to watch them» … I’m sorry but the hostess were not paid to watch YOUR tables. I’m disgusted by her service and attitude.

My experience was awesome. Wonderful atmosphere, very clean, friendly staff and seemed like everyone loves their job. Our food was great and can’t beat the 2 for 20 deal. We had a very friendly server which my kids enjoyed her and she made us all laugh. We will definitely be back.

This is the worst chili’s I’ve ever been to. The entire place stinks, literally! There’s rubbish on the floors, the bathroom was broken, no toilet paper, tables not cleaned. Shocking!

The host/hostess apparently does not enjoy their job. He or she(not sure which) just went through the motions without saying anything other than asking how many people and which side of the restaurant I wanted to sit on. Before I could sit down, I had to wipe away the crumbs that were covering the booth seat. The table was sticky from a previous customer & the floor could have used a good mopping. The food was your typical Chili’s food. The best part of the experience was the very attentive waitress, Aleni. I would give her 5 stars for customer service and friendliness. Too bad the host/hostess and cleanliness weren’t equally deserving of stars. I think I’ll refrain from returning to this particular Chili’s in the future.

Was not impressed. The food was over priced and the service wasn’t that great. Our waiter and who I’m guessing was the manager was nice — but I never received even one refill from either. I got a tiny amount of ranch for my salad and forget asking for more. My enchiladas were also dried and old, and I didn’t receive any sour cream or guacamole. I didn’t see the waiter again until he wanted the tip because guess what, you can order AND pay at the table now on a tablet. Cool but lazy. If I wanna do that, I will just get delivery. The only thing I was happy about is that they put a lot of alcohol in the margarita. But I only got one because it still didn’t taste that great. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Only one hostess at the time and she appeared overwhelmed with the volume of customers. She was nice, but could have been more upbeat. Ashley, our server, was the highlight of our experience. She answered our questions about the menu and the new Ziosk that was on our table. While it was a new feature, she assured us we can call on her for person-to-person service. Suggestion for kitchen: practice doneness of steak and perhaps place the chipotle sauce on the side of the crispy chicken so it will stay crispy. The guacamole with corn is delicious!

Bar service here is horrible unless youre a highschool girl apparently. Ordered platinum 1800 shot and was given reposado. After i told the bartender, she started cleaning the bar instead of finding the right shot(9:30pm), which i then order don julio, which she then cannot find. The bartender is now having a 20 minute conversation with another girl in a letterman jacket, about«drama» and«other people talking shit» as i quote. Food is good tho the cooks know how to do their job thankfully.

Only got two stars because the manager is really cool and willing to do what it takes to make u happy. All wait staff is piss poor with either bad attitudes or they don’t care. And rarely do I go here without waiting at my table for 10 – 15 for someone to wait on us. I have had to get the manager involved each and every time. I go here because I like Chilis food and this location is close. I never ask for a free meal because of this, I really just want better staff!

I’m not a huge fan of Chili’s to begin with, but my husband likes it, its close to our house, and its one of the few places we can get right into on a Friday night. This evening, with our 9 month old daughter in tow, we visiting the Chili’s on Hwy 6. It was busy and loud… which is to be expected on a Friday night. We were seated quickly at a booth and my daughter in a high chair. Our server(I wish I could remember her name) was very young and seemed to be rather new(I could be wrong on that). My husband and I got the«2 for $ 20» menu, and I notice they have added the«parmesan crusted sirloin» to that menu. Matter of fact, the«2 for $ 20» logo is stamped RIGHTON the picture. I go for that. When it arrives at our table, it’s almost laughable. I wish I would have taken a picture of it. On the menu, the parmesan topping covers the entire steak and looks to be about a ½ thick. Now, I’m not expecting food to look exactly like it does on the menu… but it should RESEMBLE it in some fashion. What I got MAY have been parmesan cheese, but you could hardly tell. It was a WHISPER of parmesan… a mere AFTERTHOUGHT of parmesan. It didn’t even cover the entire steak and it SURE wasn’t a ½″ thick. Matter of fact, it was as thin as a melted Kraft Single. Yes. Sure was. Whatever though, I eat it anyway. It was decent. Not a great steak. I don’t understand why Chili’s can’t season their meat… especially like Applebee’s does. Say what you want about Applebee’s, but they know their way around a simple sirloin! That was the first disappointment of the evening… followed shortly by the second. Our server had brought refills and set the full cup of soda DIRECTLY in front of my 9 month old daughter. Apparently she doesn’t have children, because anyone with an infant that age knows better. She grabbed it before I could and it dumped all over her in her highchair. I jumped up, scooped her up and took her to the bathroom to change her clothes. There was a huge sticky puddle of soda all over the floor under our table, inside the highchair along with ice everywhere. I wipe down my baby, change her clothes and come back to the table to find… our refill had been replaced but NOTHINGHADBEENCLEANEDUP! Huge puddle still on the floor, highchair still covered in soda and ice. WTF??? I asked my husband if she was going to clean up the mess and he said, «well, she saw it, she brought refills.» I couldn’t sit my baby down since the highchair was still a mess, so I wait(and wait) until the server comes back, then have to ASK her to clean it up. «Oh yes maam». :roll eyes: But no, that’s still not the end of our SMH evening… The bill comes, and I see our 2 for $ 20 listed, and underneath, a charge of $ 1.49 for«Parmesan Topping». AREYOUKIDDINGME??? Two things here: 1. The parmesan crusted sirloin was PART of the 2 for $ 20 menu. 2. There wasn’t enough on there to warrant calling it «CRUSTED» or to even charge one cent more for! I ask the server about the upcharge and she stammers, then says, «Um yeah, that’s how we have to put it in the computer so they put the cheese on.» «Well, there shouldn’t be an extra charge for it, since it’s part of the 2 for $ 20 menu. It’s not 2 for $ 21.49». «That’s just how we have to ring it up.» «Well, I’m not paying $ 1.49 extra for something that was listed on the menu as 2 for $ 20, and there was hardly any topping at ALL to warrant the charge anyway.» «Um, ok well… let me go talk to my manager…» Yeah, it came off the bill thankyouverymuch. I’m just wondering how many people don’t pay attention to their bill and are duped into paying an extra charge? So that was our evening at Chili’s. Upon leaving, I glanced at my husband and said, «NOW you see why I hate this place??» He eyed me sheepishly, but made no comment. Smart man.

This place is pretty decent. For your average chain restaurant, there’s nothing out of the ordinary here. Just what you would expect. The particular night I went here, it was very crowded and very loud. But the food was really good and the tea I had was very tasty. There was a woman who was laughing really loudly. She sounded like a cackling witch. It was kind of hard to enjoy my meal because her laughter was so distracting. But this is a decent restaurant, to say the least.
