Like all Chili’s, this is a fine place to grab a snack and a beer. Service is not great, but I really only sit at the bar. The little order machines also help as this reduces you needing to flag down a server, but it still requires them to receive the order. Anywho, they have a decent happy hour and now you can earn points, be it slowly, toward free stuff. I would avoid the salads.

Slowest service imaginable. The manager seemed as unaffected by the 45+ minute wait for food as our waitstaff. The staff also had to be prompted to refill our drinks during the exceptionally long wait. The manager did help bring out the food when it was finally done, and served a guacamole burger with no guacamole to one of our party and asked if she needed anything else(facepalm). No concessions were made regarding a discount on food for our wait. If you are going out for dinner and have 2 hours to kill and like to just hang out, then it’s an acceptable spot. No way this place should be visited for lunch or by anyone with anything else to do with their day.

Our waitress was nice and paying at the little table TV is cool. But the girl up front was on her phone and in a bad mood. The lighting was weird, our food took 40+ minutes for chicken strips and a burger and my strips were cold. I don’t mind chilis but I won’t go back to this one.

I don’t understand how a Chili’s can have such terrible service. They’ve been around long enough to perfect their system. Today was the 2nd and final time we’ve tried to go there for lunch — emphasis on the word«tried». The first time was about a month ago — we sat in the bar area, and spent over an hour and a half at lunch trying to get food, service, drinks, and check. The meal ended with us walking through the restaurant to find the manager so we could pay. Ridiculous. Today, we gave it a 2nd chance, and arrived at 11:40 am to beat the lunch crowd. The hostess was no where to be found and after a five minute wait, she finally came up and told us we had to wait about ten minutes because they only had two wait staff available and they were too busy to keep seating people. Obviously we left. I’m not a huge fan of their food, so I won’t poison my review anymore than necessary — this location happens to be walking distance from our office, so it seems like a logical lunch spot that can please everyone’s food cravings. Terrible service, mediocre food, and ridiculous wait times.

Came to Chili’s for family dining been here 45 minutes. We have our appetizers and drinks but been waiting on our order. Tired and hungry. Only good thing our the three gentleman waiters that have been courteous. Aside from the kitchen taking to long the waiters had excellent customer service.

The service was a little slow, but friendly. We were warmly welcomed when we got there and acknowledged by various staff members throughout our meal.

All I can say that I have been to better. I ordered online so I can go pick it up. When I walked in there were some customers In front that were waiting to be seated and there was no hostess or anyone to help them to be seated. One of the ladies said seems we made a bad decision to come here. I walked past them to the Togo counter to pick up my food. As soon as I walked up the employee was seating on one of the seats playing with her phone big no no. She asked if I was ordering or picking up, I gave her my name and she rang me up. I ordered the classic ribeye well done with mash potatoes and broccoli. I couldn’t wait to eat it because their ribeye are good well at the other chilis I been to. When I arrived at home the food was still hot. Once I tried it the food was not that good. It was like it was not made that day but microwaved. I was not satisfied with the taste for sure. I will not be coming here anymore sorry.

Ok lunch at Chilis is supposed to be fast, granted I was there with my bosses so time wasn’t too much of an issue, the problem still they were incredibly slow and forgot half our order. The lunch specials look like a great deal, and half were my bosses fajitas looked good, ample portion, all the sides etc. However my sliders were tiny smaller than breakfast biscuits, and worse they were cooked rock hard like little hockey pucks I mean seriously you could have said they were breakfast sausages and I’d have believed you. Fries were salted to death, and not great(luke warm). The worst travesty of the whole meal was the soup was supposed to be delivered first and our server was so clueless and slow she totally forgot to bring them out, so we got our lunch soups towards the end of the meal. Other flubs included chicken from some other customer stuck to the salt shaker(gross), no ketchup on the table, no one ever refilled our drinks and then rushed us to pay the bill. Hands down the worst trip to Chilis ever, and they’re usually really good. I love the chicken enchilada soup, but hate the utter incompetence of this location. And you can tell it’s not an isolated incident look at the other ratings, mediocre at best.

Sadly, I have been disappointed by the service of this location several times but, I have noticed recently that they have been getting a little better especially, in terms of service delivery time.

Just the night before,. I had been to another Chili’s and was extremely disappointed. My oldest daughter was with me at this visit and we were very pleased. From the time we entered the establishment, we were seated tight away, got our drink order taken as soon as we were seated and when the waitress came back with our drinks, she took our order. She checked on us regularly, made sure we were happy with everything. Food was served as ordered and service was great!!!

I love Chili’s. Truth be told, I forget about this location. My sister and I came and had a great experience here. Our waitress was on top of things and super friendly. Quality of food was good, great customer service, and a convenient location right off of 59. I will definitely come back to this location.

OK, so we decided to give this place one more try. We hadn’t been back since my last review. This place has gotten even worse since the last time. Now the food isn’t even good. Service was slow and the wait time for the food was long. I can overlook those things(sometimes), but it was noticeable so I figured I should mention it. Both mine and my daughter’s sandwiches were not even hot. They were slightly warm at best. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich. The bun caught my eye as soon as he put my plate down. It just –looked– dry and sure enough, it –was– dry. VERY dry. Gross. My whole sandwich was pretty disgusting and I couldn’t even finish it. My daughter couldn’t finish her California Turkey Sandwich either. It seems like both of our plates must have sat out for quite a while before they were served to us. Just thinking about it makes me a little sick. ugh I can honestly say walking out of there, my whole family said, «We’re never eating here again.» Good luck to you if you decide to eat here. You can’t say I didn’t warn you. Twice. heh

Worst dining experience of my life. Ordered a salad and it was ok. However I had 2 forks and both of them looked as though they had been ripped up by the washing machine. After getting another fork my steak came. It was completely unedible. My first bite was very chewy. My 2nd bite was so chewy i had to spit it out. After getting down 2 more bites(not easily i might add) I came to another bite that was too chewy to swallow. I then gave up on the steak. My meal came with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob(that I ordered on the side). The potatoes where the only saving grace of the meal, so I was able to eat those. However, the corn was terrible as it was nuked and extremely soft. I took about 3 bites of that and gave up. I left hungry and ate a bag of chips after getting back to the hotel I am staying at. Finally the service was just ok. Our server really didn’t seem to care if we were there or not as she just plopped the bill on our table(no thank you, come again, nothing). Needless to say I am never going to Chili’s again unless there is a gun to my head. Even then I might have to think about it. But it’s a shame since I used to go to Chili’s all the time. Maybe it’s just this location? i hope so for the franchise’s sake.
