Probably the worst experience I’ve had on 1÷16÷16 at 7:50pm manager in charge: Blond girl, short with a pink shirt. The food was cold so I returned it. 20 – 30 minutes passed and still nothing I asked for the manager and she was rude and disrespectful she said well I’m going to pay for the food so you can wait. She never said she was sorry for the inconvenience or anything of that sort. My answer was I don’t need you to pay for the food all I wanted was an apology and maybe get another drink because my glass has been empty for 30 minutes while I keep waiting. OWNER: please train your staff property HOWCANYOUHAVE A MANAGERLIKETHAT. Just poor customer service overall.

Today the service was exceedingly slow. Between the time we were seated and the time the waiter first arrived: 10+ minutes We had to get the hostess’s attention to get a refill of our drinks. Same thing with our dessert order. And it wasn’t that busy. I don’t know where the waiter hid to keep from having to serve us, but I never saw him serving anyone else.

It’s really sad here… The food comes out lukewarm… even the ones on skillets. And those are supposed to sizzle. I had to just wrap it up because the whole dining experience was terrible. I’d rather just take the mediocre food home and make it better.

I came here just for appetizers tonight. I ordered the triple dipper with double southwestern eggrolls and fried pickles for my three options. All the ingredients were freshly fried and hot. The sauce for the southwestern southwestern eggrolls complemented the taste coming I really enjoyed the fried dill pickle chips. It was thick enough to where it will hold the flavor of the pickle and still have sufficient crispness.(I am dictating and it kept coming up as «Chris p*nis» so I guess there really is no word for crispiness. Lol) Really my only complaint is that I’ve been waiting here for about 10 minutes for my server to come back I get me a box for the remaining southwestern eggrolls and I to go iced tea. I already paid at the kiosk that is located at the table. I love this as it reminds me of Europe where the card never has to leave your hands to pay. I am almost ready to drop this review by a star as it has been another 10 minutes since I finished the review and eating. It’s very frustrating because I cannot get their attention. Maybe the kiosk is not such a good idea after all. I did leave a 20% tip, but since I only ordered an appetizer and iced tea it was only $ 3.

I usually like Chili’s but I will never go back to this location. My friends and I went around 1:30 and it wasn’t even that busy. Our waiter was really nice but SUPERSLOW, he wasn’t even that busy either. He wasn’t good about keeping up with our empty drinks and he gave me a dirty sticky menu with someone’s hair stuck to it. I had to search around and for a different waiter to ask our waiter to bring our check and once he was informed that we wanted out checks(we were paying cash and couldn’t use the convenient little machine on the table) we still waited another 10 mins, and then he took his time getting us our change. Like I said he wasn’t even busy because there was only 3 tables in his area, the rest were empty. I’ve told my other friends to not go to that location because they would be wasting their time.

Great service: our server Sylvester stayed two steps ahead of us and anticipated our needs at the table. Food was fast and delicious my wife had a chicken pasta dish and I had the new Dr. Pepper ribs. Me and my wife will definitely be coming back soon.

Love the service but not a big fan of the food. I have started liking the Southwestern egg rollls, and the tenders but thats about it. The food is always hot and tasty when it comes out. My mom and sister love this location. Well they love Chillis Period!

Mom and I came in late one night… It was the only place late night that wasn’t Denny’s or ihop… Service was ok… It seemed as if he was rather busy because he would disappear when we needed him but there was another Waiter in the section close by who helped out a lot… We ordered the 2 for $ 20 deal with came with an appetizer and 2 entrees from a list… I was actually really surprised with the steak I got! It was actually perfect and that’s all I really have to say about it. All in all… Good service and surprisingly great food! I hate how it’s either hit or miss here…

DISGUSTING!!! #1 why did I come to this place, knowing that I hate Chili’s, very mediocre! #2 I tried giving this place plenty of opportunities but after Last Saturday, I am DONE! #3 Only because I have my children with me, does not mean I am a rude, cheap, unconsiderate woman, so I’d appreciate if you stopped by more often for our refils. #4 clean up the damn place! The floors in the dinning area were wet and so dirty, can’t ya’ll pull out a small broom or something? #5 Why should I tip? if the darn Tablet is where I have to place my order and pay? No need of leaving a tip(and I was dumb enough to still leave a 10% tip). #6 Last but not least… THERESTROOMS! One stall had vomit, one was overflowned with waste and toilet paper, and Only one stall available. Not to mention wet floors(of course what do you expect?) Toilet paper everywhere and no soap.

Worst ever! We waited 5 – 10 minutes at the front for someone to seat us and no one came! So we left!!! Too bad we have to give at least one star. Zero is more appropriate!

Seating a family of 4 at 8:30 on a Saturday night was not bad at all. Hostess was quick and welcoming. Sat at table, immediately greeted and drink orders were taken. Dinner served in a timely manner and good was delicious. We ordered our molten… And apparently that’s taking over 15minutes long. It’s now 9:54 and we are still waiting. 3 stars because now we don’t want it anymore so we can get out of here sooner but our waitress is MIA.

Had an awesome time with my fam from New Orleans! The Watermelon Coolers were on point! Food was Great! Jasmine was the best waitress ever! The kids played the games on the Z ox, since they were for free this weekend, we were able to pay the check using the Z ox(real fancy lol) so we are pretty stuffed and satisfied! Good times!

I used to work at a chili’s and know what goes on in the background. This location was once actually good. Now-a-days, it’s gone way downhill. Brought my girlfriend and thought we were going to have a decent meal at least, but boy we were sure wrong. The first thing we get in and get seated promptly, good. We are handed their menu’s, filthy. FILTHY! One menu was sticky while another was slimy. Most of the staff seemed out of it, maybe We came in after a rush. It was only 730PM, so I don’t see how that’s possible. Our waiter was actually decent. I know he has no control over the food. Very prompt and polite. Our food came out and I thought I was at Luby’s all of a sudden. Tasteless. I had the baby back ribs and some mashed potatoes. What happen to their ribs? My girlfriend’s food was no exception. Tasteless. Do yourself a favor and just go next door to BJ’s or Kirin Japanese Buffet.

Went here for lunch with two coworkers. Our server was friendly and promptly took our drink order and food order. I got the lunch combo with the loaded potato soup and the chicken Mac n cheese. My coworkers got the bottomless lunch with chips and salsa, house salad and one got loaded potato soup and the other had the chicken enchilada soup. Our food took a little long(about 30 minutes) to come out. The food was very good and our total bill with tax came out to less than $ 25.00 My only complaint was the wait time for the food and a large table of very loud women eating next to us.

I was waiting to be picked up after my car blew a heater hose and was parked next door. Just had a cold beer. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. Typical Chili’s chain location. Nothing more, nothing less.

Chili’s is one of those chain restaurants with primarily mediocre food, but with a couple of delicious standouts. They recently changed their menu to include less frozen, more fresh ingredients and it’s a change I absolutely support – even if some old favorites disappeared. RIP spinach artichoke dip. Their french fries are peppery, well seasoned and salty. They never fail to be crispy on the outside, then soft and tender on the inside. Their seasoned buttery corn on the cob and broccoli are stand out sides as well. Tasty broccoli? What? Isn’t that an oxymoron? Nope. Chili’s knows how to make enjoyable broccoli. My favorite entrees are the buffalo chicken sandwich, shrimp fajitas, quesadillas and country fried steak. I pretty much stick to these menu items, because my experiences haven’t been very positive when I choose to be adventurous. I recently ordered the chicken crispers and holy crap… it was a terrifying experience. I wasn’t feeling particularly assertive that night so I didn’t bother to tell the waiter and exchange them for something else, but I regret it. I’m still haunted with the memories. The breading is soggy, thick, and too greasy for comfort. The chicken inside is rubbery and oddly melting inside the breading? I have no idea what was going on in there. I had to bathe my crispers in barbecue sauce and honey mustard to compensate for the horrific texture somehow. The flavor itself wasn’t bad, but the texture of the breading and chicken was just very sketchy. STAYAWAYFROMTHECRISPERS, UnilocalERS!
