Ugh. My server was friendly enough, but that is the only positive. No one was up front to seat me, it took 15 minutes to order, then at least 25 minutes to get the check after I finished. The server never brought water, I was half done with my meal before my iced tea came, and she forgot my salad. Everyone seemed to be walking around doing their best to avoid the customers. Total confusion and chaos, just about the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. I had well over an hour before my flight when I sat down and ended up dashing out and running to my gate. The food was mediocre too, but the real problem was the service. A pathetic excuse even for airport food.

Terrible service. We couldn’t get seated. The place was virtually empty. There were 3 waiters and a bar tender. Two of the three acknowledged us and said they would be right with us. Great. 10 minutes later, we still weren’t seated. They looked at us and the people behind us waiting for tables but didn’t seat us at the 90% of tables that were open. Interesting place. We left and ate elsewhere. Too many choices at the airport to deal with that mess.

This place is sad. Confusion reigns and it’s a minimum 30 minute wait for food to go. Do not order if you have a short connection time. They spend a lot of time refunding and cooking food to throw out because they are always so behind.

Sat for fifteen minutes not a single server looked our way. Even though there was six of them standing around doing nothing! Had they walked over and said. Hey we are a little busy but we will get to you soon. I would have been fine. Ended up just leaving.

Don’t have any of the soups! We tried all 3, chili, potato and enchilada. All mediocre at best. The appetizer boneless wings were hot and lousy. We realize that no other restaurant excluding the walk ups, but we would have done Starbucks if we had to do it over again. Save your money. Chips and salsa was edible but a little greasy. Service was a little slow and had to repeatedly ask for water refills.

Awful. Service is terrible. I fly every week and have very low expectations of airport restaurants and this was the crappiest of the crappy. I waited 15 min to pay. Finally asked the hostess to run it. She stared at me then I repeated my request. She disappeared. She came back a few min later saying my server would come. «Why cant you run it? I need to go». No response. I asked her to take it to another server. «No». I then demanded her manager. She loped to the kitchen and hid. Im not kidding. I finally cornered my server and 25 min later had my bill. Hello its an airport. People are in a hurry. They must have hired the DMV rejects. Avoidance is a good plan here.

This place sucks. The service was AWFUL. The hostesses were stuffing their faces with outside food at the hostess stand in front of customers. So while waiting for my food i got to watch them stuff their nasty faces. The service was extremely slow and inattentive. The servers were all more concerned with talking to each other, messing around and joking with each other and eating their own food then taking care of guests. Seriously disappointing. Plus I watched them send off 3 different groups of people because of their rudeness and laziness. Management needs to get in there ASAP.

Nasty place with a nasty attitude. I know they are the only choice on this side of the TSA, but still, I chose not to put up with them. The server that looks like Svengoolie needs to be fired.

10 minutes for a waiter to come to our table to get drink order, another 5 get food order. Food very dry. Ate 2⁄3 of meal with empty glass of tea. Waiters just standing around. Another 10 minutes after meal finished before ticket brought.

Typical chain, but crowded. Luckily didn’t have to wait in line to get a seat. Got a table near a wall so I could charge my phone. Right up the middle on this one. Nothing special, but nothing bad on this one either.

Food typical Chilis, bartender cool, but after ordering fajitas they said an extra charge for salsa. Really? Lame, but they took it off after the shock. Maybe they were kidding?

Over priced drinks were expected as we’re in a airport; however, constant ridicule of the other bar patrons while everyone else sitting at the bar can here was not. Super unprofessional & ridiculous. But, again, it’s a Chilis Too in the airport…*shoulder shrug*

Do not ever eat here. After sampling some food before my flight on the weekend I was treated to severe stomach cramps, extended toilet usage and dizzy spells. Zero comprehension of food safety and preparation standards. Thanks for making my weekend memorable for all the wrong reasons.

This Chili’s is horrible! Salad was wilted and brown and the tomatoes tasted rotten. Salsa did not taste like the regular Chili’s salsa but out of the jar picante. The eggrolls were cold and mushy.

It’s airport food. If you come here expecting better you’re in for disappointment. The California Turkey Club was not bad, but the margarita we ordered was just plain gross. It was a sugary slurpy with barely any salt on the rim at all. There wasn’t a huge selection at the airport but I probably won’t be going back to this place.

This place is awful especially for an airport restaurant. If your in a hurry — go elsewhere. Took about an hour for crispy chicken tenders and when they came out — they forgot the crispy. They are soggy and greasy. The service is terrible. My server even picked up my drink and never brought it back. Not a good experience.

I always get pretty good service for an airport. Food is average chain — you should not expect more

This was one of the times I wasn’t running from gate to gate to catch a connecting flight. I was also starving. With time to kill I thought sitting in a restaurant and relaxing would be a nice change. I was wrong. Breakfast is horrible. I ordered the pancake and eggs breakfast. The menu stated this meal included: scrambled eggs, potatoes with Cajun seasoning, bacon or sausage, and pancakes. When my breakfast arrived you couldn’t even see the eggs because they were so heavily coated in the«Cajun seasoning» and the potatoes had no seasoning. The pancakes were fine although I believe they microwave them like McDonald’s. What really got me was the butter packets had melted and been refrigerated multiple times — so much so the butter had partially jellied. The smell alone would have turned your stomach. Serving rancid butter(so old it jellied) to remind someone it’s airport food, not cool man!!! I ate the pancakes with syrup only and the two limp bacon strips. When the waitress came by to drop off the check I asked her about the eggs being covered in seasoning and she said I should have ordered them without the seasoning. I explained to her what the menu stated and she told me I was wrong. Although I am a patient person and can tolerate a lot of BS — her comment, «you’re wrong» really didn’t sit well. So I got up, found a menu and asked her to show me where it stated the potatoes would have no seasoning but the eggs would be red and salty. Oh lookie lookie the menu states exactly what I told her. She took the menu and disappeared. A few minutes later she reappeared with an apology and took $ 2 off my $ 10 breakfast to cover the egg mix-up. Wow, I feel special… By now, nothing they would have done would have made the experience any better.
