Chilis

It’s way more expensive than regular chilies, sure. They have a much smaller menu, mostly burgers and only one steak. But the ribeye is amazing! Ask for Brian, he goes above and beyond! Walks WAY faster than the other serversand really wants you to enjoy everything!

I’m traveling for work and my boss and I decided to eat here. There was about a five minute wait to get seated. Once we were seated our server came immediately to get our drink order. She brought our drinks right away and took our order.
I ordered the Southwest Burger with fries. Our food came within a reasonable amount of time. My fries were excellent; they were warm and crispy on the outside. My burger was a little overcooked and dry. Overall the burger wasn’t bad, but I know they could have done better.
Three stars for the dry burger. Four stars for our server who was friendly and attentive.

My first and last meal here. I should have read reviews… terrible, slow service… obviously poorly managed. Waited 8 minutes on host to seat me, only to go to the bar and sit. Where do I stop?
This is not a typical chili’s, judging by the staff’s lackadaisical attitude.

Oh my god. So discussed that they are scrubbing the bar floor while I’m ting to eat. The bleach is over bearing.

Terrible, there was a huge line of people waiting. There were many open tables, but they were not sitting people there. We watched the line for about 10 minutes, it never moved, just got longer. We gave up and got a Coke and a bag of chips somewhere else

Houston Airport has a poor food selection and I am typically «forced» to eat here. The food is not typical Chili’s quality and it seems to be very much under staffed.
The skillet queso was okay. Chips seemed to be older and not the thin, crispy and sometimes greasy chips I love. The main dish, did taste fresh and was pretty good. 4 for food and one for service.

Service lags as the business fluctuates with flights. Better than waiting at a gate. Lots of natural light. Food and margaritas and chips are good ol’ chili’s so enjoy. Don’t expect a full restaurant experience or to be in and out very quickly.

Probably the worst chilis I’ve been to. Usually this chain has some consistency but the service, food, and cleanliness were subpar. The server never checks in and was walking away when I tried to place my order. I got the triple dipper and my food arrived cold. Also got a glass of wine and there were water stains and finger prints inside the glass. Guess I should’ve checked Unilocal before coming here.

What more to say except it is chilis. All things considered, being here at the airport the options are limited. I like this place because for a few dollars more you can have a healthier food option and a view of the planes.
I ordered the Santa fe chicken salad. You do not have to order greasy food.
Cool place to chill before your flight. Just wish they had more tvs for watching sports.

How do I start… Oh yeah! The cholula sauce bottle on the floor underneath the server station. It seems to me that they rarely dust underneath their tables. Even thou the server was really nice and stuff it didn’t compensate with the filthiest of the place. Sad sad experience.

Terrible service, but only so many sit down options in terminal A. Would not recommend if can be avoided. Got ignored standing in a line to be sat. Even two police officers waiting for a manager had to stand around for quite a bit !

I came here before lunch before a flight and waited for 5 minutes just to get my drink order. Then I tried to order queso only to find out they were out which doesn’t make sense. The menu has fewer items which one would think would make it easier to keep stocked. My order of chicken fajitas came and with it an explanation that there were no tortillas. Once again how do you not know this at the start of the order? Also I witnessed 4 other customers have to track down their server just to pay.
I can’t say how the food was but the service was terrible and I will definitely not be back to this location. I will ride to another terminal for a sit down meal.

This is not my ideal lunch spot. The waiter seemed very busy with most of the tables so there wasn’t a good relationship built. However, he was kind, and patient when he came to our table. I ordered the guacamole burger and thought it was vegetation-​LOL. The guacamole was a very small portion. I had to reorder a black bean patty to replace the beef patty. The black bean patty took an extra twenty minutes. So my colleagues ate all their food while I was waiting to start mine. Not to mention the Patty was slightly burnt. The burger was spicy so the finale of enjoying my meal was a painful one. It was very spicy. The staff was friendly.

Horrible service. Good view tho. The food came semi warm. Like it was partially frozen? We also ordered salads, and it took more than 30 mins to get. The server was lousy. Not listening to any concerns and ignoring us when we needed something. Do not eat there if you are: hungry, in a hurry, want quality food or good service. You will be disappointed.

Awful service. Bartender no where to be seen. Server lady with long dreadlocks full of attitude. Asked her for menu and all I got was lip service and bad attitude.

Not one of the fastest Chilis ive been at, but the concept remains the same: Large portions for a great value.
One thing you shouldnt do when going here, is to count your calories when you are done. Its amazing how much you can devour on a meal, but i mean, if the price is right you better.
One thing you should do is to take their new appetizer Triple dipper, in which you can choose three different dishes within. Mandatory is Honey Chipotle Chicken and Boneless Buffalo chicken wings, the rest is your option. You can always start it off with a bag of chips and salsa, yes because that is how big it is!
If you like Chilis concept and want to refuel before boarding, this is probably the place to do it at!

The food is greasy, the wait for service is abysmal at best. The staff throw the food down and fries go everywhere. This place is not managed well, I know airport eateries have their challenges but this is bad. Not once did I see a manger walk by, and don’t get me started on the cleanliness.
Hopefully, I won’t get sick while on the flight. Do we have to give a rating? Sadly, we do…1 star.

I understand it is in the airport. The worst Service ever. It took almost 30minute to receive a to go order.
Good thing I had time to catch my flight.
They need to get this place in order. Chili’s need to take this franchise away. But the alternative food choices are so bad. Pizza, Mexican, McDonald’s, and bad Chinese food.

You understand this is an airport features R but come on. Worst service ever. No greeting no eye contact. Delayed food. Kitchen sometimes closes an hour before posted times.

Pretty awful service here. Where do I even start?
It’s a «Chili’s Too» rather than an official Chili’s. Apparently the «too» means too terrible.
Ordered everything up front, which should be easier for everyone. It wasn’t. 3 beers, 2 apps, 4 identical mains. Nothing came out for 20 minutes. Finally we caught someone else (not the waitress) who ultimately brought the beer (wrong beer but something at least?)
For another 15 minutes or so, no assistance/​food whatsoever. We asked a different waitress and finally our food came out. They brought both appetizers but forgot the queso for chips and gravy for fries. All 4 identical mains were barely warm and pretty awful.
No one ever brought us the check, and we had to seek it out. The manager blamed everything on our waitress, but so many things went wrong it seems like the entire place is to blame. Don’t waste time here at «Chili’s Too.» It’s too awful.
