Took 20 mins(an eternity at an airport eatery) for them to serve me cold freshly grilled«big bird»(a supposedly hot pulled-chicken melt) sandwich. The fries and bottled water were adequate, earning the 2 stars.

I really love Houston other than flying Delta into IAH. There is one restaurant that serves 2 concourses for continental and Delta or otherwise you get a wrap or a $ 15 sandwich from the machine. This restaurant used to be a Fuddruckers which was just as crappy and you have to order in line from a limited menu and a staff that is completely involved with themselves, talking amongst each other while a line is backed up 20 people long. I’ve been eating wraps all week for lunch during meetings so I opted for the burger and when I paid the little smart ass girl taking my order said be sure to put a tip on there after paying $ 25 for a hamburger and one beer. Although my gut told me to write F off where the tip goes, I put four dollars anyway as a tip on the little handheld swipe that they probably stole my credit card number on in fear that she was going to summon the people making the burger to spit on my food if I didn’t tip her. Absolutely no place to sit down but lucked out and found a table in the corner which of course had dirty dishes, nasty, the toppings bar was nasty and after a long day and no food I almost didn’t care. Otherwise as soon as I finished eating what I can of this I’ll be sure to take my anti-acid medication and my Pepto-Bismol tablets and a Xanax so maybe I can sleep on the plane back. Can’t wait to get home and take a bath! I’m glad my next flight is into hobby! I really hate IAH these days.

Food is nasty, food line employees look sloppy, and prices are outrageous! Ordered a hot and chili cheese fries. Chili is guaranteed to have come out of a can. Give em a 1 star for the good tasting beer from a bottle. Other than that, avoid if you wish to live longer! Their cheap ingredients will get you in the end!

The girl at the counter was very sweet and friendly. The food was ok(I had a breakfast burrito wrap) it wasn’t the food or service that gave this place two stars, it was how disgustingly DIRTY it is. What are these people being payed to do? Grab a tab and wipe down the tables, condiments bar, and window sills!!! GROSS!!!

The wait staff was friendly and the wings were decent but do not drink the cheap wine! They serve Tisdale, retail $ 4 per bottle, and charge $ 9/glass — yuk!

By far one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made when it comes to food and service. I was on a great run there for a while and this place was so bad, so neglectful, it made me further appreciate all of the great places I’ve been to who I owe some reviews. Do not give this place your business so someone will make the decision to improve it, sell it or replace it. Being a frequent traveler, I am very aware of the concerns we all have about airport food. But, I’ve had great, decent and good enough to get me through the flight food at airports. This place does not even get off the ground literally and figuratively. The food is terrible. Eat somewhere else. I have high hopes for the Blaze pizza place opening up. The service is worse. Enough said.

Stopped in for a quick note before my flight. Grabbed a pre packed wrap. It was so disgusting and expensive. Eat somewhere else :-/

Food was ok. No one there to order from, so I walked to the bar. After 30 min wondering why my food wasn’t brought to the table, well they call a number by the kitchen, so food sat there for a bit, bartender never gave me a number. Overall ok place for a quick expensive beer but that’s it.

It would be helpful if the servers could help each other out. 3 bartenders standing around BSing and one lady trying to keep up with the counter. They would not even help her with refilling the ice machine. Kitchen staff seemed overwhelmed, burgers came out medium rare at best, closer to rare would be a better description. Customers were having to clean off tables themselves in order to have a place to sit and eat.

Stopped for lunch in between flights. Staff was slow, inefficient and dumb. Messed up everything I ordered over the counter.

Average — had burger it was ok. Long lines when I was here, process is you order and then pick your order up yourself and find a table if you want to dine in. They give you an order # which they yell out when ready for you to pick up. Somewhat chaotic when busy. Overall limited dinning options in this terminal. This place works.

In Terminal A and looking a quick bite? This quick-serve option, Rebar No. 9, might be great for you. Note: Order then take a seat. This isn’t a full service place. Adjacent to one of the main food courts in terminals A(by Gate A7) is a quaint restaurant that oversees the runway. As one of the only food options with a view, this drew me in. The menu is spotted with a burgers, sandwiches, salads and hot dogs. A good baseline of options. I ordered the Southwest Burger($ 13.50) which came with jalapeños and guacamole. I went to the toppings bar and added onions, lettuce and some BBQ sauce. Overall was pretty decent. Wasn’t spectacular(like In-n-Out) but it got the job done. Wasn’t too big of a fan of their precut French fries. Not fries enough. Soft. Wasn’t my cup of tea. Left half of them for the next guy. Service was AWESOME. From the person who took my order to the individual who handed me my order — friendly and easy to chat with. Good stuff there! TL&DR: Staff is friendly. Good for a quick burger or sandwich. They have a bar.
