Great place to eat! The workers are super fast and help the long lines seem short. The workers are very nice and best of all the food is always great.

Please make sure that your employees don’t use a knife to cut off the tips of her latex gloves then use the same knife to start cutting up the chicken. I was in there today and almost walked out after halfway through the line. I will not be back. And I come at least once a week

I work nearby and have ordered from this location twice to pick up food for several co-workers. There’s a few ways to order: call in, online, or you can even fax. Since close to 20 people order we opt to fax it in so everyone can write what they want down. Well, don’t order this way. Both times they«forgot» about our order even though we called to confirm both times. It was even ensured that the order pick up time was 11:45. I showed up at 11:40 and they pulled a crumpled piece of paper from the back and said they just started working on it because it was forgotten It’s a huge inconvenience and really poor customer service. No apologies were made or special exceptions. Will not be returning to this location.

Great service, they always listen to what you want to add to your meal. I get to have a perfect vegan meal every time I come here. I am so tired of all these fast food places adding cheese to my food. But this is finally a fast food place that doesn’t. I cant decide whether to have a burrito or a bowl because they are all so good.

I’ve been going to chipotle’s all over the country for years now and they all taste exactly the same, but this location in katy is the worst I’ve ever been to. I’ve been living in the area for a while and have been to this location 10 – 15 times and it’s always an incredibly INCREDIBLY slow moving line and it’s always filthy where you get drinks and silverware. I wouldn’t have even written a review but I just ate there and the guacamole tasted spoiled. I wish there was one closer but with the traffic around here I usually just deal with this place. Edit: came back again and they still suck!!!

Did not like this location ATALL. And I’m a Chipotle enthusiast if you will. Anyway, I came in at 9:30(a little late I know, but I was stuck in traffic coming from Austin for over 3 hours)(I still have an hour to go as I live in south Houston) and they didn’t have black beans, the grilled veggies, or chicken. I asked if they were preparing more(politely). The lady snapped back at me and said no we close at 10. I understand. I was a manager at Subway for five years in a previous life. But the attitude was not needed. And why even stay open if you aren’t going to have the most requested items on the menu. It was just annoying as I had been craving it and hurried as fast as possible to get there before closing. Only to be left extremely unsatisfied. WHATABurger across the way it is!

If it’s the food you’re talking about it’s always awesome but the crew they have in the evening is so horrible, nobody steps up there’s hardly anything going on there’s a line out the door because nobody’s doing anything. I hope someone else’s letting people know somebody needs to talk to management about getting a leader in the evenings!!! Nobody likes waiting forever for fast food the keyword is fast and the word I used is forever!!! The sad thing is is there are some people standing around in the back on the grill not cooking anything out wiping tables when the lines are just getting held up. Please help because I love eating here but I don’t feel like waiting an hour!!!

I placed a Web order for 3 steak tacos. I picked them up and when I got to work they had only made 2 tacos but charged me for 3. I called and the manager said I could come back and they would remake the meal for free. I was okay with that… until I ate the tacos. The steak was all gristle and tough. I called back and said I wanted a refund. The manager said I would have to come in in order to get the refund. I was okay with that too but by the end of the work day I just wanted to go home. I’m giving them 3 stars only because the manager was gracious enough to offer a refund and to remake the order. I was very dissatisfied with the food though. I would suggest going to a different chipotle location.

Great size portions, I have been eating on my bowl for three days. Tried the new tofu dish and it’s yummy. Tofu always scares me but this is spicy and very tasty. I laugh because $ 7 for a bowl of rice and beans, but they are the best rice and beans around.

Food was wonderful. The service doesn’t even deserve a 1 star in my opinion. The servers made our meals to go, when we told them three times it was for«here.» I asked for chicken and steak on my burrito bowl. They didn’t say«half and half» or one scoop of chicken and one scoop of steak, so I wasn’t sure what I actually got when the cashier was asking me. She checked me out and asked if I got half and half or one scoop of each, I said I don’t know. Then, I pointed to the woman who did it and said you could ask her, because I’m not sure. Then, a younger woman ~20 years replied, «she got two scoops» in the most rude way possible. This was the same server who skimped me on all of my toppings, which I only got 2, it’s not like I’m getting all of them like most customers. My friend got a good dollop of sour cream on top of his(from a different worker) and this same girl skimped me. I asked her kindly to add a little extra to make it look like my friends and she rolled her eyes. You guys need better servers! I won’t be back due to the awful workers. The music was also painfully loud and it wasn’t even lunch rush hour. This was around 2pm on a weekday this past week. The women’s restroom was horrendous. A big mess! The hot water side of the sink caused water to spew EVERYWHERE in the bathroom! The floor was very wet and I didn’t realize it was from the hot water side and I used it! MYSHIRTWASSOAKINGWET. Very bad experience and I am embarrassed that I took my friend from out of town to this location. Save your time and go to the South Mason location!!!

Chipotle by brand is always a good choice. Fry location is not at all the quality that the Chipotle Mexican Grill, 6887 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX77084 is. Fry has quality issues — meats burned, roasted bell peppers are burned. Guy behind the counter doesn’t seem to care about how he’s doing what he’s doing. Guy behind the counter — you work at a great place! Make it the amazing experience it should be without much effort. Food here is awesome when it’s not burned. Highway 6 location– you make sure every guest feels at home and is in the know about your latest Sofritas craze– you deserve some acknowledgment also for the way you engage your customers. Cashier lady at Highway 6 — you make people feel glad to have come! People do notice.

So as a hispanic guy, im really not much of a tex-mex, mexican foods etc. I figure I can eat at the house and practically have the same food, which in my opinion is much better. A few months ago I was in California. The chipotles in Cali and the west coast had the vegan sofaritas. While I was there of course I had to try it for myself. The first time I tried this in Cali is still by far the best sofarita I even had. Ive tried in Texas maybe three times already and I don’t know what it is but there is something missing. Last time I went I ordered a burrito bowl with black beans, brown rice, sofaritas, guac, mixed veggies, pico de gallo, and the hot sauce. Maybe because it was busy the bowl was sloppy. A buddy bought a burrito which fell apart minutes after we ordered. Burritos will fall apart if there is too much liquid in the wrap. I need to try another chipotle location too see if its just this location or all chipotles are sloppy. I mean food is not terrible by any means, just the looks are my biggest problem. As a fast food chain I am happy that they have started offering vegan/vegetarian options. More chains in my opinion need to start offering an alternative for those who choose not to eat any meat. More then likely I will give this place another chance, or maybe ill try another chipotle and compare and contrast.

Upon entering, the line was long and continued to grow. Staff worked as fast as they could to reduce the line, but people kept coming in. Maybe had to wait about 8 – 12 minutes before reaching the counter. Chicken burrito bowl was good, but I real life had about 12 small chicken chunks. Not cool. Then got charged $ 3 extra for 6 more pieces. Nothing more to say about this place. I was not pleased.

So this place has great food… however its mexican food… I walk into the place today and there is a hand written sign that says were are out of guacamole and we don’t have any pinto beans either. Sorry… Yeh im sorry too… sorry you cant figure out how to make a proper order to serve your customers with. I mean really how do you run the place without the food that goes into making the meal. Sorry no 5 stars for you What a disappointment
