Don’t use these guys. They are very poor at communicating and follow up despite what they say on their website. As a result they missed submitting my Brazilian visa application in time for my trip. To be honest it is quicker and more reliable to do it yourself directly with the Consulate if possible.

Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Sent passport to them for a visa to Brazil. On their web site I could track my order up to last Friday when they said they had the passports back, with visa, and would ship to me on Friday. Said they would provide a tracking number by email. No tracking number, and now, Monday, my customer number and login for the web site doesn’t work. Called the toll free number and was told my passport was at the Brazil Embassy still being processed! Can’t find anyone that will respond by phone, email or web site.
Never, ever, use this company!
