Ugh the girl with the dreads was so rude, she just did not want to help me. The manager finally took care of me and she did a great job.

Although I don’t go here all the time, when I do, they are very helpful, efficient and courteous. Most returns ship via UPS, so this helps as well.
They have a variety of services as well, which I suppose, helps them compete with FedEX.
They also have a bank deposit service with USAA, which is my bank, which I find very helpful when I am depositing large checks

Had to ship a package pretty quickly after the holiday and they were honest about how expensive the express price was so I saved about $ 30 by shipping standard. I appreciated their honestly and commitment to the customer.

This is conveniently located. And did you know that they accept USPS too? That would have saved me a trip today had I known that. But at least I’ll know for next time. :)

I also don’t understand all the negative reviews. It’s a UPS store and they give you exactly what you should be expecting.
They’re really efficient when you’re just dropping off an amazon package. I’ve never had to do anything else with them, so maybe that’s why I don’t understand the negative reviews.

I don’t understand these negative reviews, especially Jeff. Come on, that is three years old. I frequently use this store and they are friendly, efficient, and helpful. No problems whatsoever.
