FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Currently: Not happy and very inconvenienced. I have shipped here many times over the past 6 years due to my company having a FedEx business account. When I ship, I always use pre-​paid labels printed online through my company’s account. Shipping is always relatively easy because of this. Today, I attempted to drop off a package to this location. When inquiring about «where should I leave my package?», Chris (assistant manager) looked at my box and proclaimed that he was unable to ship my box in its condition due to it being packed incorrectly. However, he did quickly offer to open my package to add (very EXPENSIVE and very UNNECESSARY) stuffing to it so that it would be up to par for shipping. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS! Why? Because. 1. My box was fine. (Picture attached) In fact: I purchased this exact box from another FedEx location AND they preciously packed this box (with the same items) themselves. 2. I guess he (Chris) was psychic because he didn’t even hold or shake my box but he KNEW it was packaged incorrectly. 3. I’m guessing that dropping boxes off with pre-​paid labels isn’t profitable for the store so up-​selling (UNNECESSARY stuffing) helps transaction totals.

Cris went above and beyond to help me get the content of my three 36 pound damaged boxes re packed in a larger box. And he did this all with a very friendly and helpful demeanor. I am glad to have found this FedEx store so close to work and will definitely use again in the future.

Went on to use the computer, printer and copier. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Got in and out quickly and with everything I needed!

I came here yesterday to deliver some papers to one of our clients, it was my lunch break.
So I thought it’s not going to take me long, I went inside the store and there was no body around I waited for good ⁴⁄₅ minutes.
Then a guy walked out and he said how can I help you I told him that I would like to deliver these stuff and he said fine he rapped the stuff he was nice l, be he kept answering the phone and I wasn’t happy about that, it took me about ¹⁵⁄₂₀ minutes just to send some papers.
I am just hoping of there were more people to help other customers!

I needed a quick print job done at this location. It was an unpleasant experience. They employees were more concerned with chatting to each other than helping the customers, but my main issue is that they printed my files incorrectly and gave me less than I requested /​paid for. When I called for a refund they refused because I was not able to come in person. I said I could email them my receipt, but I had to come in person with the files and the receipt. I would not recommend FedEx for your printing needs.

They do a great job and have always been willing to print comprehensive presentations and bind them in more time-​sensitive conditions.
Appreciate their service.

I sent my kids birthday invites via email for printing. The customer service I received was amazing. I ordered double sided, color invites and was a little shocked at the price. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and the invites look great and it literally took a few minutes to receive them.
