The taste is not what it use to be. Not as much flavor everything tastes the same. Bunch of young kids that don’t really seem to care they to busy on their phone. Seem to be a lot of employee turnover. It looks the pay scale has been lowered. Really disappointed I use to look forward to coming here.

All I can say is don’t order the Pad Thai. I did and all I got was too much sauce, chicken, and a little egg. When I called to talk to the manager(I got it to-go) he said to come in the next week. When I called the next week he told the cashier to comp the Pad Thai but not my spring rolls. Huh??? I have worked in a restaurant and when we mess up we give the next meal free. They weren’t doing me a favor by not making me pay for the Pad Thai… I paid for it the first time… and it was wrong. I will not be going back.

Yup this place is still just as dirty as it was on our last visit and the food still bad. I guess no improvements at Pei Wei. We were hoping this visit would be better but yet again they fail to deliver. Use to be one of our favorite spots now our least favorite. The galleria mall food is better than this place.

Solid location! Great service and the food is consistent. Portions aren’t quite as consistent but overall it’s a safe bet. I love their crab wontons, pad thai, and ginger broccoli chicken bowls. It’s not all traditional and whatnot, but it hits the spot for a craving!

I used to love coming here. Recently the service has been terrible. The food takes forever to come out. Then every time I go to get a drink their machines are out of every other choice. Came back today and they had no CO2 in the machines? When I talked to someone about it they said«oh yeah no ones come for a couple weeks to look at them, there’s nothing I can do». Seems like the manager doesn’t really care how this place is running. There are plenty of other choices in Houston, I’ll stick with those from now on.

Never will I come back to this location. The floor was sticky that I went to the restroom to wipe by sandals thinking I stepped in something but nope the sticky feeling came back after I walked on the dinning floor. The cashier was so dry and the cooks were holding a loud conversation amongst themselves and other staff members. Food was decent.

I have to say that when I did write a review about my bad experience with the sushi they did send an apology letter and a gift card to return. We will see if my next visit is free of warm sushi

I used to really enjoy eating here. Then change came. They shrunk the portions and shifted to fast food, no service mentality. They finally put the wonton soup back on the menu. A restaurant reveals itself in the details. Tonight they messed up an order. They also ask our choice of rice only to reveal they have no white rice. Curiously a supermarket sits inn the parking lot. But I guess service to the customers is only a memory. The napkins are right put of the men’s room nice. My family will have to frequent this location less often or at least without me. If this is not a corporate store, maybe it should be soon.

How the mighty have fallen… The changed their signature delicious lo-mein noodles to some paper-like dry noodles. We used to get food from Pei Wei twice a week at my work place, but with all those changes and bad menu choices we rarely eat their anymore. A shame. At least the rice dishes are still the same.

It’s a good deal for the price. I ordered Thai lettuce wraps to-go on this visit. They were freshly prepared and looked pretty appetizing. There was a decent spice level which I enjoyed. It doesn’t come with dipping sauces but they are available if you ask. The major drawback for me is that I feel like I need to drink a gallon of water to rinse out all of the salt I just consumed. If you are salt conscious, these may not be for you.

The lettuce wraps and lo mein is delicious but the sushi rice is dry as if it is days old. The hot and sour soup is way too thick and their noodle bowl entries leave something to be desired.

The food is just delicious, specially the caramel chicken. The small portion is ideal size.

A good Asian place to try something new. Caramel was good, had that little tangy flavor with the true Asian taste. Place is little loud during the lunch hours, but should try at least once.

Always consistenty good and fresh food. I had my usual Pei Wei Spicy Chicken with fried rice. The meal came with brown rice, but typical Pei Wei style, it was instantly corrected. I will return.

I finally got around to checking this place out after my coworker gave me the stank-eye when telling her I’ve never been! :) Needless to say, I’ve been missing out. Thai chicken lettuce wraps(4⁄5) Delicious!!! I love that it has a little spicy kick to it. The lettuce comes on the side so you wrap it yourself. Be sure to grab some napkins! The only thing is that it could have been better without the crazy abundance of oil. My coworker ordered the spring rolls. I didn’t get to try them, but they were huge(much bigger than the ones you’d typically order at a Viet restaurants). Service is very quick! Great for a fast fix if you’re in a hurry. Wait time: less than 5 minutes

I love pei Wei. I know I know. It’s a big corporate chain. But it’s GOOD, fast, inexpensive and they’re accommodating at every location I’ve ever been to with my super small portion needs(I have to order off the kids menu) and have vegetarian options. They’re edamame is always cooked to perfection and so is they’re rice(both white and brown). I’m totally a fan and seek this chain out on a bi weekly basis.

Not as good as it was a couple of years back. Servings are smaller in size. The seasoning is not as good. The food overall was slightly above average but I was used to much better so disappointing.

I am digging the new menu style here! I recently received 2 coupons in the mail for 1 free small entrée and 1 $ 20.00 purchase for $ 10.00. They were about to expire so I came in to use the $ 20 for $ 10. It was a Friday afternoon after lunch rush so it wasn’t terribly packed. I opted for to-go since I was alone. For 20 bucks you sure can get a few items here! I ordered the Lettuce Wraps(Chicken), Edamame(sm), Hot & Sour soup(lg), and the Spring Rolls(3). I figured I could snack for the next couple days. I was hoping to stay in the $ 20 range and apply the discount and the girl behind the register was patience with me as we rang things up to total around $ 20 bucks. I didn’t wait long for my order and the girl was sweet to ask me if I needed any additional condiments. Everything was so good! I was happy to see the girl had added all of the sauces that go with the appetizers. I think there were 2 for each the lettuce wraps and spring rolls. All this chat now I am craving the lettuce wraps! Can’t get them outta my head! This location is close to my home and I will defiantly be back for the wraps and more!

You know all my coworkers love Pei Wei, but I think its okay. Granted I have been to China many times and enjoy eating in Chinatown, or places near HMart and they have not, I guess I expect more from Asian Fusion food places. The Buffalo Speedway location is not too bad, and there is plenty of parking. Every time I have been there, it is not really crowded. You place your order up front and they bring you your food. I usually try pretty much all their new items or some of their spicy dishes. I have found some dishes I like, like the Kung Pao chicken dish or the Korean dish. I definitely is better than eating at Panda Express.

Nunca falla PeiWei… son rapidos, economicos y la comida sabrosa… Les recomiendo el caramel chicken.. una mezcla de dulce y picantico …

I have one waiter here trained to bring a proper amount of cilantro! I’m stuck on their caramel chicken. It’s fun to sit at the counter and watch the cooks furiously working the woks. Food is always good, and fresh. The place has a line out the door almost every day at lunch, and for good reason. This particular location seems to cook everything better than others I have tried.
